When I order flowers, I always check out the florist to make sure it is local to where I want the flowers delivered. Patricia's Petals site stated they were a family owned florist that sourced their flowers locally. Obviously, this is not true and I feel like a fool. The flowers I ordered for Mother's Day were not delivered and I have not received a refund. I have spoken to their "Customer Care" team at least 8 times and they hang up on me each time I demand answers.

Patricia's Petals is advertises as a local, family owned company. I specifically looked for a local florist. I ordered flowers for my aunt's funeral and they never arrived. I called the 'sales team' twice and asked to speak with a manager but 'no manager was available'. I researched online to see that MANY other customers have had the same experience and that they are NOT a local company at all! The salesperson SAYS that my money will be refunded but I am quite skeptical. I don't want others to have the same experience.

This is an online florist. I placed the order for a delivery and was informed the day of the deliver that due to supply they could not deliver, nor could they substitute. I would not have thought too much about it, other than I found it odd they were out of flowers, but I had a similar problem about a month ago. I ordered flowers from a florist in Charleston, SC for a funeral for a family member and was advised the day of the delivery that they were out of flowers and could not deliver. In both incidents I googled "local florist" and the website gives the impression it is local with several references to the city. I researched my pervious incident and realized it was the same website and florist. I called a local florist to see if I could order something at the last minute, and explained I used another florist initially and they were out of flowers. She immediately said, "Oh, Patricias Petals, right?" She explained that she hears about them every day. I called a local florist from Charleston, SC and asked them if they have heard of Patricias Petals, she said "Every day, someone needs to shut them down. It is a scam." Another layer to this is that folks are not notified about the "out of stock" flowers until the day of the delivery. That leaves the consumer with no recourse, no time to get another florist to deliver, as was in my case for a family funeral. This last request was for a birthday for a friend. They need to be investigated.

I ordered yesterday to have flowers delivered to my friend who just lost her dad. The flowers were never delivered. They charged my debit card $90. They confirmed the delivery address with me via text message from a woman named Candice. After realizing that the flowers weren’t delivered, I texted and called Candice and I never received a response. I called in the next morning and was put on hold for 2 hours. After being on hold, they could not confirm any information.
