He goes by the name Orlando Parras, but his real name is Adan Rivas. He is wanted on a $139,000 warrant for his arrest in Contra Costa County. Rivas was last seen in Livermore, Ca. The authorities tried to capture him last week, but he eluded them. His sisters and parents are also involved.

Rivas has a most wanted poster with the CSLB. He has scammed dozens of homeowners in the Bay Area!!

Orlando Parras of Parras Landscaping and Pavers has scammed nearly 13 families in our neighborhood (Almaden Valley South San Jose) including myself. He solicits business- in fact he was hired by my immediate neighbors for doing backyard landscaping and hardscaping. He also trims trees. We hired him to trim trees and then he smooth talked us into building a retaining wall and adding pavers. He took 40% of the money, broke our concrete in the backyard and dumped it back into our yard . He also dumped four truckloads of broken concrete from someone else's backyard despite my husband asking him not to. He stopped coming after two weeks and his phones became unreachable. He even abandoned two trucks on my street and the car dealership had to send repo men to pick them up. Later on we found out through our nextdoor neighbor app that nearly 13 families had been scammed and had lost thousands of dollars.
