Sorry to hear everyone’s story. I was scammed by them also and finally was able to get a refund from Paypal. They originally closed my dispute in the seller’s favor because they had proof of delivery. I spent hours on hold with UPS to try to get the actual delivery info and finally filed a claim online with the tracking number as a missing package. I got a message sent to my email but addressed to the actual recipient of that package with the delivery address, etc. I went in circles trying to message Paypal since my dispute closed. I finally called Paypal and said “speak to representative” on their automated menu even though it wasn’t an option. I had to leave my number and someone called me the next day. I was able to explain the scam situation and that they were complicit in fraud by not helping a victim and to check how many claims this seller has filed against them. The rep reopened my dispute and sent me a link in the virtual chat/message section on my account to upload a pdf of the email I got from UPS stating the tracking number and the actual name, address, and seller which were not mine. They refunded me. I reported on BBB, GoDaddy, FTC, and FBI internet crimes. They need to shut down this website. I hope you all get your money back. Keep trying. ?

I purchased an inflatable pool on the website. I checked out through Paypal, I received tracking information for my package a few days letter. I received an email saying my package had been delivered but, I never received a package. I spoke with UPS who confirmed that the shipping label address they were given was different than my address and they were not liable. I contacted the store using all methods possible and never heard back from anyone.

We ordered a family inflatable swimming pool. It had about the same price as stores, which are sold out. After ordering, we did not receive the usual information that companies send about the order. We looked up the company and found at least 35 complaints about the company. We called the number, and it leads to some unfortunate pastor in Indiana who has recorded a message for his church calling out this despicable company, Parkson Dragon or PD Store. We checked the New York City address, and it appears to be an old office building restored and up for sale. Do not order anything from this company. We plan to make a complaint with federal agencies also. The e-mail to the company is [email protected], but the alleged name of the merchant is Thanh Nguyen. The UPS tracking # seems fake too. It shows Delivered but also shows that a family inflatable pool weighs 0.60 pounds.Small pool, eh?

I ordered a pool just like another customer and also didn’t receive the pool just an email saying that my item had been delivered at the front desk somewhere by UPS. My package, when ordered was supposed to be delivered by a different shipping company.

I purchased a pool online from Parksondragon.com. I purchased this pool through PayPal, thinking that this was a reputable because the payment type was with PayPal. I received a tracking number saying this package had been delivered to my town somewhere, but it did not have my address on the package. This delivery tracking number was from UPS. Unfortunately, after seeking more information about Parksondragon.com I realized I had been scammed. I did file a dispute with PayPal against this company. This website should be taken down and not allowed to scam other people.

Do NOT purchase or set up an account on the website!!! I ordered a pool and pump through their website and paid through Paypal for $82.99. I received a shipping confirmation from Paypal several days after it was supposedly delivered. I always get UPS emails ahead of time to expect a package, but I did not this time. The UPS tracking number provided by the seller was shown as delivered to my zip code, but the weight was not what it should have been. I was home at the time and did not receive a package. I contacted UPS through filing a claim online. I found out the tracking number was fraudulent -- it was a different vendor and delivery address in my town. The seller used this number as proof of delivery to Paypal. Paypal denied my dispute claim due to this fake proof of delivery. I am in the process of contacting Paypal again to prove this was a false number (very difficult to get a rep on the phone since I cannot file another dispute online since it was denied/closed). The phone number the seller provides on their website is a church in Indiana. I researched the company and found numerous complaints online only after I was scammed. I am glad I used a unique password when I set up my account so they cannot match my email address and password to try to steal personal information on other websites.

I was searching for the best and most reasonably priced inflatable swimming pool for my friends and I. I Google searched 4-seater inflatable pools and found the Swim Center Family Lounge Inflatable Pool (Item# 56475EP; SKU: 56475EP) on the website ParksOnDragon.com for the best price. This website is also titled as PD Store on their main page as well. They claim to have express 2-day shipping and appeared to have a legitimate website. I purchased the pool and it asked me to pay through PayPal. I should have thought twice at that point, but I figured it was a local store that used this service for their payments. I paid for the pool and the “store” sent me an email confirmation through PayPal on 7/10/2020. The email stated that merchant’s name was Thanh Nguyen (attached). I thought it was a little odd, but once again, mistakenly assumed it was the store owner. I received an email 4 days late on 7/14/2020 from Thanh Nguyen stating that my shipping information was added. I clicked on the UPS tracking number and it said the package had already been delivered that day. I have a doorbell camera and checked the timeframe that the UPS confirmation stated. There was no delivery detected and no package at our doorstep. The UPS tracking number was a legitimate number and the tracking status said Delivered via Driver Release at the Front Door. None of this actually happened. I don’t know how they managed to forge a UPS delivery, but it was completely false. I even stopped our UPS delivery man the next day and he told us he didn’t make a delivery to us on 7/14. I emailed this Thanh Nguyen (email address: [email protected]) about the incident and told him that I had reported the package missing to UPS thinking it somehow got delivered to the wrong house or the package was stolen. I didn’t get a response from this alleged person so I found the contact phone number on the ParksOnDragon.com website. I called it immediately and it went to the voicemail of Roanoke Baptist Church in Roanoke, Indiana. I knew then that I had made a terribly mistake. After further investigation, I discovered that I was not the only victim of this ridiculous scam. This fraudulent company has already been reported to the BBB, but they MUST be stopped as soon as possible before more give their money away to these criminals. I have reported the scam to PayPal and hope to receive purchase protection from them, but have seen from other reports that Thanh Nguyen will not respond to their disputes and claims and therefore, no one can get their money back. Please be wary and continue to report this website and their scammers!!!

I ordered an Inflatable Pool on June 12, 2020 - order in PD Store was IN PROGRESS for 2 weeks - then when I checked Paypal transaction after 2 weeks+ a UPS tracking appeared DELIVERED - but no item was ever received! SMELL OF SCAM!

I purchased something from this company online. They mailed it to another address who doesn’t remember the delivery at all. There are several complaints online that say this company gave them a fake ups tracking number as well. I never received a package and the company isn’t replying to my emails. I also found that this address is an empty building in New York. And the phone number goes to a church who is getting all of these complaint calls. They need to be shut down and indicted. This is garbage and makes me lose all trust in making purchases online. I only lost $40 but one could easily make the mistake of losing thousands to this scam company.

I ordered an inflatable pool on 6/8 - never received item. Payment was processed via Paypal and I received a receipt from someone named Hai Nguyen. Emailed the address provided for a tracking number and they provided me with a fake one saying it was delivered to "office" and signed by "Bradley", when I had provided my home address for shipping. I went back to the website and called the number under "Contact Us" but the number directed me to a church in Illinois with a recorded message warning people it's a church and not the Parksondragon (PD Store) website. When doing further research, I found similar reports to mine of people who ordered from them and never received what they paid for.

- Miami, FL, USA

My story is the same as others purchasing from this store. I ordered an inflatable pool and was sent fake shipping information. UPS confirmed the information as fake. I am disputing with PayPal a refund

I ordered two products. They never arrived. The phone number given on the website rings to a Baptist Church in Indiana. The email address is never replied to. I purchased through PayPal so luckily they issued me a refund and I assume are filing against this company/person. Do not give them your information or your money.

I had a very similar thing happen to me with this company, but luckily it was only $15.99. However, PayPal ruled the dispute in their favor, not mine. Any idea how you got PayPal to rule in your favor? Thanks!

I ordered a pool from PD Store and was sent a confirmation saying it was delivered through UPS, left at my front door. However, I never received the purchased item they claim to deliver July 8, 2020 at 1:31pm. I did receive an email the next morning at 2:45am saying it had been delivered the previous day. NOT! I have yet to talk with anyone at UPS but I also made a claim through PayPal and UPS. This website needs to be shut down! Refunds should be given!

I purchase a pool from PD Store online. or so I thought. Parksondragon is a phising scam and they use paypal, a church phone number who has recorded the scam on their voice mail. so when you call the number they warn you. They gave a bogus tracking number which some how actually showed up in the system but Im still checking into this. This is a scarey thing to see as my personal information is out there now. I just want others to be aware this site is a SCAM. https://parksondragon.com PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

dont be in a hurry to purchase ....should have checked this site before purchase.....lesson learned

I ordered an inflatable pool from "thepdstore.com / parksondragon. I received a fake tracking number and delivery notification. I first assumed my package may have gotten stolen but I checked my security cameras and nothing was even delivered in the first place. Then went onto do some more research to find that hundreds of other people have been scammed by this same website. Ordered end of June 2020.

I searched for an inflatable pool online. The parks on dragon (PD Store) popped up on google. I went to their website and ordered the pool. The payment was made through PayPal. I received a tracking number from UPS for the shipment. However, once it said it was delivered and wasn't delivered to my address I contacted UPS. The informed me that the tracking number that I was given did not match my name or address. I tried emailing the email address and did not hear back. I called the phone number on their webpage and there was a recording of a church message. On the message they said that Parks on Dragon is a phishing scam and is using the church's phone number. I paid $33.98 for the pool and will never see that money again. Please shut this website down!

I purchased an inflatable pool on the website. I checked out through Paypal with my credit card. Paypal was the only option. I received tracking information for my package a few days letter. When I checked it on the UPS website the same day, it said my package had been delivered the day before already. However, I never received a package. I spoke with UPS who confirmed that the shipping label address they were given was different than my address and they were not liable. I contacted the store using all methods possible and never heard back from anyone.

Ordered a pool, was sent a confirmation on June 20, 2020. Received another email stating that is was shipped on June 28th. Then received an email that it was delivered on June 24th? None of the contact info (which was sparse), were valid or received any response. Went online to find that there were many other ppl having the same issue.

I purchased two kiddie pools from them. They never came. I never heard from the company. I have tried three emails listed with the company. I have gotten no response. They have no phone number listed on their website. I submitted a dispute with PayPal. They are not even responding to PayPal.

- Conyers, GA, USA

This is a fake site! Do not order! I ordered a pool and was sent a fake tracking number! I tried to call seller and the number was to a church. No returned e-mails either. I checked a complaint website and several people ordered around the same time I did and lost hundreds of dollars! I saw the site at the bottom of a Target page and was fooled. Do not order!!
