The person ordered a clock from these people. The clock came in an Amazon shipping box. This "company" isn't Amazon! Then when we go on amazon.com and look up the product, it costs half the price. And on this my-wall-clock FAQ page, they say they don't accept returns unless the product is defective. This is a dishonest situation and we will fight it. The right thing is to accept the return. We will also file a dispute with PayPal. My Wall Clock isn't a company. It's Amazon fraud.
