I ordered a chair from Mr.LoveSeat in the first week of March of 2022. I was told it would be delivered by April 2022, but did not receive the chair until the last week of June 2022. The box was totally destroyed, the chair was stained, and bent out of shape. Customer service said I cannot return or get a refund for the product, even though on the website, it is offered to have a full refund if contacting them within 30 days of delivery. The customer service agent was not helpful in the least, and now I am stuck with a very cheap and ruined chair and out $400.
