Yes I fell for the scam. Lesson learned. I just hope I can at least consider the gummies safe!

Made a purchase of CBD gummies after believing that Lisa Laflamme was associated with the company. I should have checked before purchase. I called the customer service number. 1-833-364-2527. I called this number 30 minutes after the transaction. The woman proceeded to tell me it was too late. That their "state of the art" warehouse already processed the order. I asked her for the name of the company and she would not tell me. She told me to try the product and if not satisfied she would give me a full refund. I said, you have the power to give me a refund? She said, yes. I asked her how she could do that and not be able to give me the name of the company? She said the words "our product" several times. I challenged her regarding this and she hung up on me. I will pursue this with my credit card company. I recorded the phone call.

I saw a pop up on the internet to get a pack of CBD gummies for about $38 for a bottle . I made the purchase and afterwards I got an email that I paid for 3 different products including trials. I was so disappointed and immediately sent them an email to cancel. They finally replied after 3 days and the representative was very rude and said they couldn't cancel my orders and that I should call back after 14 days to see if my monthly subscription cancellation request will be granted. Guys pls don't do business with this online store. They are fraudulent.

I should have known better and usually never order from these pop up type ads on instagram, but I've been in pain for some time and was hoping these CBD gummies would provide relief. I purchased two bottles and the ad said you would get two free, however they ended up charging me for four bottles in the end. They do not provide you with a final invoice before confirming purchases so once you enter your payment method they just take your money without letting you see that it's in USD or how much the conversion would be or shipping fees etc...
I called the company immediately because I wanted to know how much I had been charged and if it was in US or CAD. They told me that I had actually bought 4 bottles at a reduced price and that it was in USD. I asked for a refund, but they refused and said that there would be a 20% restocking fee - even thought it hadn't even been processed or shipped yet and that I would be responsible for the return shipping cost.

I argued with the lady for at least 30 minutes as she tried to gaslight me and tell me thats what the website says...that I should have known etc... The website clearly states that you would get a full refund if you are not satisfied. About 10 days later I received my product, I opened the package to find out that they did not even send me CBD gummies...they sent me HEMP SEED OIL EXTRACT gummies. It clearly states on the packaging that there is NO CBD in this product. As well, they sent me a bottle of hemp oil and hemp cream which I did not purchase - yet they charged me extra shipping for. When I called back this time they said that I purposefully clicked on the hemp gummies and also I clicked on free trial offer, which I did not. I am fully aware of what I purchased and this is not it. I buy things online all the time and have never been scammed until now. Also when talking to the customer service rep (Phil - ext 9524) I asked him for the website name because I wanted to see what the heck he was talking about in terms of HEMP vs CBD gummies as I was sure there was only one option at the time of purchase, however, I couldn't access the website. He said that you can only access the link once and if you want to purchase more products that you would have to call them rather than go online again! I've since been able to find the website, thanks to another persons review on here and clicked on the tiny refunds link at the bottom of the page. Their return policy is clearly stated but it is misleading because one would never search the return policy when the ad so boldly claims that you get 100% return within 60 days. I will be sending this product back and have since cancelled my credit card so they can't charge me again seeing that most people have had reoccurring payments withdrawn from their account.

Total money lost to date $310.76 CA
Type of a scam Online Purchase

Popup ad on the internet: stated that all potential investors on Dragon's Den had invested money in this venture! It looked good so I started to fill in my info to order a trial bottle of CBD Gummies; then I stopped near the end and decided I had better talk to my doctor first; so I just got out of that site. Few days later I got an email from them saying I hadn't finished filling in my order and they would like me to try the product by sending me a "trial offer" for $4.95US. Sounded reasonable, so I ordered it by replying to the email. After some time I received 3 bottles: one of "natural hemp drops", one of "natural hemp candies?" and one of "natural hemp anti-wrinkle cream"! After investigating, I found that CBD does not come from hemp seeds. Then charges started appearing on my credit card to the total of $310.36CA (so far). Contacted credit card company and they were not interested in helping me. Then I found a phone number to call. I explained what had happened and they asked me if I had read the 2 pages of "terms and conditions" when I ordered. I said no. She said: "well, it states that when you submit a "trial order", 16 days later you are billed for the actual cost of the trial bottle. Further you are agreeing to a monthly automatic renewal!" I tried to say that I believed I was simply ordering a trial bottle of CBD gummies but that was swept aside. I also explained that I had ordered from their email solicitation and did not see the "terms and conditions". Nothing seemed to matter. She said that the next date I could cancel my automatic renewal was March 10 and she looked forward to hearing from me on that date! I will just have to keep going to see what can be done about such immoral and criminal greed! Be very careful everyone! I guess this is the chance we take when ordring from "pop-ups"!

Same issue

I ordered CBD gummies and got Hemp gummies, very disappointed, on the website you could only choose CBD gummies and they told me I choose Hemp gummies, on their invoice the website listed you are not able to connect at all, I believe this company is scamming people, they use someone else website like Celine Dion’s CBD website and scam people.
I called them to return the incorrect product that I received and they mentioned I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee and the website indicates you get 100% money back guaranteed. The customer service employees are very rude. What scammer's be careful do not order any product from these people. Here is the website they provided to me on an email. Check it out you cannot order hemp gummies you could only order CBD gummies.
The picture that indicates CBD was what I ordered not hemp. Please review the link below. I also added the email that indicates the link below for your information.

Afif - I would return them and definitely not eat them...the ingredients don't even mention hemp oil being added...just sugar and crap to make gummies, yet under the supplement facts it states that there is 20mg hemp seed oil...thats a far cry from their 300mg of CBD claim.

I had the same issue! Not sure if I should just throw them out?

Same here / do you think it is hemp
Now I’m afraid it’s only candy ?

My bank had to cancel my card for unauthorized charges after my initial and ONLY purchase that I made. The charges were being done daily for a couple of days until the credit card company blocked it. So I called the customer service just to return the products and explained to them what was happening but the Customer Service Agent named Rusty was beyond unprofessional accusing me that I was overexaggerating! I told him that I can make a copy of the unauthorized charges and forward it to them but he just gave me a very sarcastic laugh and told me I didn't need to. So I expressed my big disappointment of the kind of treatment he was giving me but he got more and more rude and angry. This is unacceptable! How can you trust a product from a company who does not even have an idea what basic ethics means. Be very careful!

popup ad on the internet- said Celine Dion had used their CBD gummies and they provided releif from pain she experienced. There was an offer of free CBD gummies with a order of 1 bottle of gummies $39 US. I ordered 1 bottle They shipped CBD oil drops $89.95US, CBD skin cream $89.95 US, CBD gummies 6 bottles total $260.67 US. Immediately when I saw these charges on my credit card I did not order I sent an email saying to cancel my order. To date I have not received the items but they have said they have been shipped. I intend to return the items when received but I don't know how to get the charges refunded on my credit card. Your help would be appreciated. I realize this was a stupid mistake by myself. I need to know how to stop the charges.

Call your bank and inform them. That's what I did. The bank sent me an email informing me that there were suspicious charges from them That's how I discovered it.

CBD Gummies 1 @ $39.99, sent invoice for over $270.00. No address for company and a bogus phone number.
