Managed Labor Solutions Reports & Reviews (2)

I applied for the part time position to get a rental car driver. I was assigned to work at Hertz to wash and return rental cars at San Jose International Airport.
On the first day, the supervisor on duty told me that the recruiter wanted me to work full time. The recruiter never reached out to me and didn’t answer my call. I called back saying I couldn’t work full time and that I had applied for the part time position.
I quit on the second day as there was no resolution. The payday was 6/24/2022 and I didn’t get my pay from 2 shifts deposited.

Managed Labor Solutions is a scam here in Hawaii. I worked for them for 1 1/2 months and first paycheck didn't come in the mail after a month later because I did not have a direct deposit. I was issued a check and it wasn't even for the proper amount. The manager who hired me asked me for a picture id, social security, and banking information and to send it to him. His name is William "Billy" Kekona and a manager named Aaron Diaz. I asked them when would i be receiving my first check. I would call the number 808 206 8264. I called that number until a lady answered after 1 week. She was very helpful and she asked me what my name was and looked me up in the "company system". She asked me if I finished my I-9, W-2 Forms, and Direct Deposit. I was dumbfounded. She asked me to come into the office and she helped me fill it out online. The office is located at the old abandoned building for Budget rent a car in Kahului. The gates were locked and she was waiting for me out front very patiently. She took me into the empty building where it looked non professional except for where she sat. She explained to me that she was gone for a week and had no communication with the people who hired me. She entered some information through the computer and formerly hire me. She asked me to do a background check on my smartphone. I was a little hesitant at first and I gave her social security info and driver license. She explained step by instructions and entered my information online through a website called MYPAYPLEASE.com to register and login. She had me fill it out on her laptop computer. I asked her questions and she explained it to me in detail. As soon as I was done filling out my proper paper work online I waited for 10 minutes and she gave me a unique employee identification number. She showed me step by step on how to clock in and out and write on the timesheet at my place of work at the CONRAC at the Kahului Airport. She also told me that I had to wear a vest which would be given by this MLS company and deduct $8 from my paycheck. I also asked her about the discrepancies on my first paycheck and she called someone to get the timesheet copies. She checked all the timesheets and filled out a correction form which she emailed her HR Accountant online. That was another 15 minutes. She had my pay corrected and that it would be in my next pay through direct deposit. The person who did my paper correctly was Lei. I don't know her last name but she was a very helpful person and my pay went through the next payroll along with my corrected pay. After this happened I gave my 2 weeks notice and never returned to this company again. I would not work for this company or recommend it to anyone at all. I also feel scared that my identification could be compromised because I trusted this "Billy and Aaron" person to give me a job.
