Ordered a tech watch similar to an Apple watch for $99. Never received...

On April 16th, 2020 I I bought a Tactical Smart Watch, for $89 Dollars, through a web page that appeared while I was using the internet, the propaganda called my attention and I falled to all the fictitious claims they tribute to the watch. After a long wait, 05/20/2020 I didn't get the item, prior these, I did some reseach, this company "HYPERSTECH" also known as NOVADS, is based in China but registered in Estonia. They use fake employees, fake tracking numbers, fake tracking information. They charged my credit card immediately, but refused to reimburse any as there is no one to file a proper claim. To close the statement, I found the same watch for 21 Dollars, in a New York street vendor, and in a California web store.

I ordered a drone from this company after seeing an ad on TV (CNN maybe??) on 12/14/18. I was under the impression from the commercial that a) they were a US based company and b) I would have the order by Christmas Eve. Neither of these things worked out to be true. In fact, today is just short of 4 weeks since the order and not only do I not have the item, I cannot get these  to reply to my emails with anything more than a computer generated reply. I was given tracking information but cannot get an updated status on the supposed order. Anyhow, the gift was for my son in law for Christmas and since I do not see it arriving because I do not think it even exists, I have reported the charge on my Visa to my bank (Charles Schwab) and they are going to be attempting to get the funds returned to my account but have temporarily put the money back into my account. I didn't notice until after I had placed the order that there is another US based company called Hypertech (no "S") which is legit but does not have anything close to drones. They are in the business of "high-performance engine tuning computer-controlled vehicles". A company spokesperson said that they have received a lot of calls with reference to this and other sales issues meant for Hyperstech so I am far from being the first and unfortunately I probably will not be the last. I am lucky in that my bank is cooperating and has placed the spent funds back in my account. Warn all your friends. Hyperstech is a total ripoff.

They are selling a product called cool air. I put in my information to purchase but did not receive an invoice. My card was charged and I tried emailing them but could not get a satisfactory response. I have a string of emails from [email protected] - no matter what I say to,them they continue to ask for more information and don’t respond to my questions. I went to do a review on trust pilots, but was leary about opening an account. However, I noticed 2 other reviews with the same issue. They ordered online, they were given a tracking number that didn’t work, there is not a number to contact them and their chat function doesn’t work. One person said they won’t even answer her emails.

My product finally came in, damaged and also lit on fire and blew a switch, thereby I lost power. About the address: I am working with the military in Germany APO AE 09096

It was an article saying Top Tech Gifts Under 60 Dollars that showed up on my web browser home page. I don't remember if it was Google Chrome or most likely it was Microsoft edge. When I read article it showed a Drone toy listed for 60.00 I have 3 kids and bought 3 at 180.00 on Dec 8th. I was sent a confirmation email Dec 8th. Then Dec 10th a confirmation it was shipped came via text. Today on the 19th when I tried to check the tracking of package is when I realized it was a scam. The contact support said "we are not online at the moment. Please leave a message" I checked the email with confirmation and it said the company was Hypertech...they checked out with BBB but when I went back and checked again I noticed something that slipped by me the first time. Instead of the legit Company HYPERTECH they called themselves HYPERSTECH. I spoke to someone from Hypertech Ltd and they said they have gotten quite a few calls. I missed the 's' because the website said hurry only 6 left in stock. Although I did try to check their legitimacy before ordering, I did so in a hurry, missing the subtle change in company name. This was their intent to be sure. Please do all you can to let people know about this scam. I am not just out the money. They stole our Christmas. It was all I had to give them. Thank you.
