registered online... place credit card order - requested refund... no response... 2nd email address is [email protected] this email address is active 24/7... requested refund... no response...sent additional email to have my personal registered homesupply.com account remove as noted on privacy act "how to request remove your account... that is posted on their website... https://homesupply.com/pages/privacy-policy

homesupply.com is not an actual store... their website falsely displays store front products that they actually do not have... this is not a store (with warehouse and storage facility... all the products offered on their website are shown as a store front (similar to home depot)

what homesupply.com is doing is data mining products in all home supply categories... they do not actually have these products... they collect and mine all new registered user accounts and sell their personal info and do not full fill the order... your personal info is being sold...

Ordered $1271.00 worth of supplies for COVID-19 Respones as it related to serving the homeless. We are a non-profit and use federal and state grants to operate, this comapny has failed to respond to 25+ emails and over 30 phone calls. Phones are now off. WE have no option but to file fraud cases for this issue, this company is clearly a scam. I feel that we may need to file a police report as well. they have stated that we will be receiving a credit via email and never got that as well and they keep charging us for items over and over and we are not receiving them. I have over 30 emails I can supply with no responses.

Ordered two 6 packs of bounty paper towels online on 4/26 — paid for items $49.97 and never received. Billed for recurring paper towel order a second time for $49.97! I cancelled recurring order on 5/3/20 by a KYANI and have an email proving that — however no credit ever received!! Lost $100!! Called company 6 times and emailed several times — no response!!
