We Received multiple “urgent” notices that our home warranty was expiring. We do not have a warranty with this company nor did the previous owners of this house. When I called ScamPulse.com to inquire about the company, it is not listed and the phone number is associated with a personal injury attorney in MA.

I received a mass mail out letter on 9/27/21 from Home Warranty Resolutions advising that my Home Warranty secured by US Small Business Admn is expiring and must be renewed by 10/07/21. I have no mortgage, home warranty or SBA loan on my property. I am retired from the US Small Business Administration (SBA) and know that they do not sell or finance Home Warranties! I believe this is fraud to imply that SBA has anything to do with this so-called warranty program and wonder if they knew of my affiliation to SBA and thought this might be a way to “reel me in” with claiming ties to SBA.

This company is a Frawd organization trying to mislead the public and imply they already have a contract and agreement with you. They provide a false customer ID and the perception that your payment is overdue. Clearly not a honest company and clearly not a company to do business with!

I moved to a new house a month back. I received a bright pink letter in mail 2 days back, saying it's a final notice to take home warranty. It's a very misleading & fraudulent letter because,

1. It has name of lender at top left corner, making it look as if letter came from lender
2. It's says that home warranty secured by lender is expiro or expired. This is false as the previous owner bought home warranty and it's valid for a year
3. There is no company address or website on the letter
4. Letter says this is final notice, when no previous notices were received
4. I called them and asked that I need more time to study terms and conditions before deciding. They hung up on me as soon as I said that. They straight away want to proceed to payment when you call them
5. They claimed on phone that their home warranty is valid for 3 years, and others are only for 1 year. Again, no website, so cannot verify.

Stay safe from this letter and company.

This company sent a pink letter that said Final notice to update my home Warranty (5 days or I'm risk to be without insurance). The letter had no return address, no website - only a phone number to respond to.

I have never had a home warranty. This was a completely unsolicited misleading sales solicitation. The letter listed my name, address, and mortgage lender (all easily obtained public information.)

I was on vacation and when I got home on 4/15/21 I had 2 letters from Home Warranty Resolutions. These letters were on bright pink paper and had TIME SENSITIVE on them. At the time these letters were sent out (4/7/21) I did not have any dealing with this company. When I got home from vacation I called their number. (1-888-251-7535). At this time I did have Home Systems Protection System with AAA and thought this was who I was dealing with the women I talked to told me I needed to send in money to keep this coverage open. They took $395 out of my bank account. A few days later I realized this was not the company I had the protection plan with. I called the customer service number (1-888-525-0760). I explained the situation to the person I spoke with. She said she would talk to her supervisor and call me back. I did not receive a call! I called back and talked to another lady. I explained my situation to her. Instead of helping me she kept going on about how I need this Home Warranty. I kept trying to explain to her I didn’t want it and I wanted my $395 back. She then said a manager would call me back, said a few other things and then hung up the phone. I am 72 years old and am very upset about this. All I want is my $395 back and not have any more contact with this company. I don’t know what to do about this. $395 is a lot of money for me and I don’t understand why they don’t just give me back my money! I hope you can help me.

Try contacting your State Attorney General to see if they can help. Also the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) may be able to assist. I always hate hearing things like this, and I do hope you can recover your money.
