I did an online survey and got a free watch as a gift. I just needed to pay for the shipping. Two days ago, I checked my credit card, and they charged me CAD$130. I emailed them and they said I selected to pay later after 15 days. I swear, I didn't see anything like that mentioned about that. It said FREE GIFT. This company needs to close down. They are scammers

Just as the previous comments, I was offered a free Smart Health Watch if I paid $6.95 shipping and complete survey for Verizon. I was duped. I did it, was charged $6.95 and received a very cheap Smart Health Watch. This week I received a call from my bank for a suspicious charge and sure enough this company tried to charge me $111. Thankfully, my bank denied the charge. I did call and they told me that my 15 day trial was up. I guess it's my fault for not reading the fine print, because nowhere else was it stated that this was trial. What a sneaky company with crap products.

I initially received a survey email from Walgreens for which I was promised a choice of "thank you gifts". The "gifts" turned out to be items that were free if I paid S&H. No problem. Information filled out, payment cleared. That was yesterday. Again, no other charge was mentioned. Today I got a notification from my bank stating that the company HiFiToys.com had attempted to place a $90 charge against my card. Of course I contacted the company immediately and surprisingly enough, they didn't argue and immediately refunded my original payment and cancelled the transaction. But what if my bank HADN'T contacted me, or if I HADN'T contacted the company immediately and directly? ESPECIALLY since they never sent me a confirmation email of the original purchase transaction as I was promised.

Through T-Mobile they showed a headlight for free and $14.95 shipping charge. In the fine print was that this was a trial. Got hit with a $45 charge and no refund. This is a slimy low-life company. I thought T-Mobile had more integrity than to allow such a scam on their site. Apparently this is Hifi's modus operandus. He'd like to put it in the fine print. Make you think you're getting a deal until you have thrown away the box.

I did a survey I didn't see what it said about it's a trial she stated she can refund me 30$ I don't want these ear pod is it any way to get my refund and send these back I was understanding that you got them for participating.
