Ordered items from targeted ad on Instagram. Received items that were damaged on arrival and was asked to pay 10 to be sent another pair despite the website saying 30 day return policy.

I offered to return for a full refund but they will not do so. They continue to ask me to pay more money to receive a replacement item.

I order for a Chinese beads over 2 months ago and not yet received.
If I know their office I would have gone there and collect my money personally.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. going back and forth with an “employee” on Facebook (because that seems to be the only way to get someone to respond) about how I want a refund because my products are of very little quality and are not gold plated as described. They are claiming in order for me to return items I would be responsible for paying to ship them back. They don’t have a working customer service line so I can’t even speak to a manager on getting this issue resolved. I’ve asked time and time again from the representative I’ve been messaging for a working phone number and they keep ignoring my question. Bottom line, DO NOT SHOP HERE. This is the biggest scam I’ve ever seen and they will take your money and give you jewelry from a gum ball machine.

Helloice is an scam , dont buy from here if you confuse your order or want to change or refund it you cant you will never get a hold of them they just want to keep the money i repeat this is a scam i been trying to get a hold of them trying to cancel my order and get a refund and i should with no problem if this business isnt a scam.

My boyfriend was scammed by a company called helloice.com. Once he purchased the items the company sent him an email stating he needed to send pictures of his debit card and ID. We've never experienced that before and instantly began to worry.
