I don’t hope you die or anything, just please don’t lie. Hellion Magazine Inc. Is not a scam, and is a legitimate, registered corporation.

You are such a pathetic liar. your post, caused people like Kobe Bryant to not own the security assets I was pitching him that would’ve saved his life. I hope you meet a much worse fate.

The fact that Hellion Magazine Inc. has been vetted to recruit from the USA's top universities since its inception, and that the corporation's government corporate filing can be found here - https://www.concord-sots.ct.gov/CONCORD/online?sn=PublicInquiry&eid=9740 - makes this claim and post completely bogus. Here is Strategein LLC's government filing https://www.concord-sots.ct.gov/CONCORD/online?sn=PublicInquiry&eid=9740 - It is a disastrous hazard to post bogus claims like this online. On this page here is Hellion Magazine Inc.'s work conduct policy http://hellion-magazine-inc.com/about.html - Please stop lying about Hellion Magazine. The standard of HMi is way to high anyway, and you were extremely lucky to be offered a board position, because that sure won't happen again. HMI stock is actually worth more than $18,000 by security asset value, unrelated to its current price.

- Urbana, IL, USA

I received several phone calls offering me a board position at Hellion Magazine from the editor and CEO James Fabius (also affiliated with Strategein LLC). The job description was very vague and he promised me a large equity share (allegedly worth ~$18,000) with almost no work involved. I later discovered that this same person was previously associated with Fortunity Enterprises, which was described on yahoo as a scam modeling agency (there is something wrong with the yahoo answers webpage which makes me think it may have been hacked or manipulated to make it harder to access that information). He was very aggressively trying to get me to take the offer, talking a lot about how much equity I would get and how flexible the position would be. He e-mailed me a business plan but no / extremely minimal description of his expectations for me or what services he would get from me. He had found my info on linkedin and claimed he needed a specialist in my field and was collaborating with an alumnus from my institution (the alumnus was mentioned on the strategein website). Both Hellion Magazine and Strategein LLC have websites, but not totally functional ones (bottom links don't work). They didn't ask for any money from me for the equity. I think they may be working up to something larger, or just wanted my personal info for identity theft.

+3

You have a degree and you’re still too stupid to look up the state registration, like you learn to do by the second day of business 101. I’m going to obliterate anything of a career that ever exists for you. Worthless coward. I never claimed HMI stock to be valued at $18k, because I’ve tweeted a bunch of times that it was an egg before it was worth something that it is now, that you’ll never be able to acquire in life. You’re a loser and a liar.
