I ordered 5 dresses February 18th, 2020 and still have not received them or been able to get a hold of them. It's been 16 months and it looks like I'm just going to be out almost $85, what a horrible company!

Bought 2 dresses for my nieces birthday in April of 2020. My debit card was charged immediately and I never received the dresses. I emailed them 4 times and never even got a response.

My debit card was run on 9.19 for a total of 61.02.  The bank posted the amount on 9.21.  To date I have not received my 4 costumes.  I have just sent the above information to the BBB along with 143 other complaints, and authorized a fraud alert at my bank.  Response?

I’m in the exact same situation. Same amount too. I am appalled at this. It’s straight robbery! I just can’t believe they basically stole a lot of money from unsuspecting customers.

Just the same as everyone else ordered 2 dresses got told to wait due to Covid still nothing!

Ordered 17 July took money immediately but not received anything. No replies to emails.

Looking online I see there are a lot of people with the same experience. Really disappointed as was hoping the dresses would be with us for my daughters birthday.

Why do people do this? I used most of my savings to get a variety of dresses. I now have nothing for my daughters birthday. Totally heartbroken

Fraudulent retailer. They take your order with no intention of sending anything. Their email address is fake and so is there company. Their Facebook page is where I saw them. When I commented to ask about delivery they deleted my comment and blocked me. They have not responded to any emails I have sent and most recently the email address has taken down.
These scammers need to be stopped!

I have also had a unfortunate experience with this company. We have yet to receive our order from back in the spring. I received a personalized actual response to my first email inquiry. I do not believe this company to intentionally have been scamming people. My friend is recommended them to me, because her girls loved the dresses. Unfortunately, everyone on this feed ordered once the Covid pandemic started and changed things for small businesses. I am disappointed to not have received my order as well, but we need to also consider how this business has suffered as so many others.

They can still email back even if there is no inventory left. You CANNOT ignore customers when they provided you with income.

If this is the case why have they blocked people who have asked about their orders and why are they still taking orders?
Their email address also does not work and my last email bounced back.
If they are struggling to meet orders it is dishonest to take peoples money and then block them from their Facebook page.
I don’t know who your friend ordered from, but I very much doubt it is from these people. If Harper and Henri does exist I wouldn’t be surprised if they shut down and have been copied by these scammers posing as them to con people out of money.

Same as everybody above. Ordered a princess style dress July 5th and still not delivered. No response to multiple emails.

Same experience as everyone else. I fortunately was able to get my money back through my bank. However my card had to be cancelled etc. please do not use them. I don’t understand why Facebook hasn’t shut down their Facebook page. It is very annoying. And I imagine this scam has made a lot of money off deceiving parents and children ?

Scam artist... Emailed and had no response about my order placed in June! Now in September! And now been blocked from their Facebook! 45 day delivery my rear end! It will never arrive. I am just glad it was only £14 and not more! Please be aware and do not buy from this company! First time I have been scammed in 34 years

I have been scammed. I have emailed repeatedly about items not being received. When I went to comment on their page it disappeared by morning and the screenshot said it would. Also on the BBB there are multiple reports of this same thing happening to others.

Same here! Near identical experience to yours.. disgusting that despite attempts to report their page it remains open. They also are affiliated with other companies which worries me. How many poor people are they scamming out of money!?

I have had the same, I have now raised a dispute with my bank to get a chargeback through Mastercard

Same as the others. I ordered two dresses 7/6/2020, received the initial order confirmation and then nothing. No response to any follow up emails (not even an automated response). Posted on one of their Facebook ads that they were a scam and my comment was deleted within minutes and I was blocked from posting (a few other negative comments after mine disappeared quickly as well). I've opened a dispute with my credit card company. It wasn't that much money, but it's the principle of it. Kids are excited to receive these dresses and are very disappointed when it turns out to be fake.

We ordered the "Disney Princess dresses" in June 2020 and the money was taken straight away (approx £40 for 2 dresses). We have now waited over 55 business days and no dresses. We have emailed and had no replies. We have asked on FB and got no reply. They blocked my wife. They deleted my negative posts and blocked me. Their website is run by Shopify. So please tweet them and complain that they are supporting criminals and ask them to stop like we have.

Ordered three dresses on 22 June 2020. Still not received. Contacted four times via email on support address - no reply. Asked them politely about the delivery on Facebook and they deleted my comment and then have entirely blocked me from commenting on the page. Really disappointed - and out of pocket!

Same experience as you!

My story is the same as all of the other stories. I too saw the ad on Facebook for the Disney Princess dresses, went to their very professional looking website, and ordered four of the dresses on June 4, 2020. After a month I sent an email asking about the order and got the same email blaming Covid 19 for the delay, stating the order was going to be outsourced. I emailed three times since then asking to cancel the order and give a refund but never heard from them again. I like to think I'm pretty good at checking companies out before I order anything but this one got past me. I got fooled and am now out $61.02, along with having a very upset granddaughter. Do not order from this company!

In May, I placed an order for 4 dresses and a stroller clip totaling $85.02. Despite following up 4 (soon to be 5) times via email, I was only able to get a response from an actual person once. They assured me that despite the delays due to Covid, my order was received and I would receive shipping information soon. The other 3 times I inquired about my order I received a generic, automated response and no status update. It’s now August, and we are officially at the 3 month mark since I placed my order. I plan on reaching out again but will likely have to resort to filing a claim with my bank to attempt to get my wasted money back. Very disappointed and for multiple reasons I would not recommend risking your money on a purchase with Harper + Henry.

My 8 year old girl bought 2 dresses with her birthday money back in July. After a few weeks we tried to contact Harper + Henry and received a Facebook generic email about delays etc.

So many other people saying the same even back in march/April 2020

Trust pilot reviews are very low!

Basically they will take your money and not send the items.

It's a scam or a poorly run business. Do your research on this company. I would avoid it personally!

P.s they delete all negative feedback on Facebook 100%. 44 negative reviews recently!

I ordered princes style dresses following falling for the fb adverts and thinking they looked lovely. Brought 2. Received confirmation email on 17th june. Nothing since (aug 19th now). Have made several attempts to email and just received an automated response. They say 45 working days due to Covid: well it’s now that and still nothing.
Also tried to post on fb (someone was asking a question about shipping to uk and I advised them not to due to my experience. Didn’t take long for that post to be deleted and me blocked!

My little girl used her birthday money to get 2 dresses, got the initial thank you for your order email on 29th June and had absolutely nothing since, despite me sending numerous emails asking for delivery details or refund. I checked the company out before I ordered but at the time it seemed to have good reviews with people actually getting their dresses, I guess that's all part of the scam. Can't even try and get a refund because its below the £100 limit on my credit card. I have a very upset little girl.

Myself and many other people have ordered Disney dresses from this website and no one has recieved their merchandise but the company has taken payment and refuses to return email correspondence when asked about the situation.
