I found this website online. Called the lady Taylor Yates spoke to her several times and she asked all kinds of questions and knew all about the upkeep of this particular cat. Purchased the cat for 950. Signed a transfer of owner paper work and faxed it to her. She gave me this currier service that she stated she used all the time. Easterncoastcarriers.com. I even got a tracking number! Someone went to a lot of trouble to make this scam currier website. During the flight eastern coast carriers (ECC) contacted me via email and said due to weather conditions I needed to purchase an air conditioned extra padded crate. They even sent me a document stating this and it had the Dallas airport name as the header. The guy stated The cat would be held up until I could pay. That the seller should have known this and that if I couldn’t pay maybe I could contact the seller and get her to pay it or at least half of the extra 950$ ac padded crate. I called the seller hysterical and she asked for the name of the person who had contacted me for ECC (Wilson). The seller and I continued to communicate as she said she would get to the bottom of this and kept going back and forth with ECC. She finally called me back and said she didn’t know what to do so she was just gonna pay it bc ECC said it was 100 % refundable and She would get a check or cash back upon delivery of the cat. So as she was getting ready to pay she called me and said all the banks are closed ( it was after 5) so the cat would have to wait overnite for her to be able to get the money transferred from her personnel account to her business account. The next morning she convincingly called me upset saying her husband did not want her to spend this extra money on this cat and she didn’t know what to do. So I paid her half of the extra 950$. She said she could do the other half. Then after giving her the extra 450, she called me back and said her husband had been called out for work and would be out of town for at least 2 more days that at could either pay the rest or wait until her husband came back. She was upset it sounded so legit. These people are professional scammers! Please research your buyer ask for pictures of the mom and dad, call their vet. Research the vet you speak too and look them up on bbb. Always check bbb first. If you can buy from a more local catery that you can visit. ALWAYS USE PAYPAL OR YOUR CREDIT CARD NEVER USE A MONEY ORDER OR TRANSFER VIA CHECKING ACCOUNTS. Also if they are selling for a lot lower than the average asking price that should be a red flag too. Never trust the internet and their websites even if they seem legit. You can also reverse look up all the images of the cat you are buying. You may find they just pulled the image from another Website.

On 12/19/2018 I stumbled upon this website while attempting to locate Sphinx kittens for a Christmas present for my family. I contacted them via email using the website to request information on specific kittens that were showing as available on their website. After a few exchanges on email, my husband and I decided to purchase a kitten. On 12/22/2018, I requested for a phone call and a young woman called from 806-370-8621. She answered questions and explained in detail how the kitten would be shipped and the transfer of ownership papers would be completed. She requested I download the Zelle app to send the payment. I was only able to send $500 of the $900 requested by her through Zelle for the cat due to app restrictions involving my bank. She then requested that I go to Walmart to send the remaining $400 through Walmart to Walmart money services (RIA financial). Once the money was sent, the lady changed the shipping arrangements saying it couldn't be shipped until the next day. When I asked for confirmation or an itinerary for the cat to be shipped from Amarillo, TX to my home in Mayking, KY, thinks became very shady. She wouldn't respond to text or phone calls until I messaged her saying I was canceling the money transfer from Walmart. Come to find out, it was a race to get to Walmart and she won. I have opened an investigation with Kentucky State Police (warrant will be issued next week) and I have called the ScamPulse.com. After much investigation, it has been concluded that the young lady responsible is 22 year old Omaria McElveen from Missouri City, TX She currently resides in San Antonio and is on several social media websites. She is working with a man that is currently being investigated as he is the one that picked up the money at Walmart under the name Smith Cardiff. They also have a website for French bulldog puppies that they are using to scam people also. I have contacted the FTC and will be doing so again regarding the bulldog website. My hope is for the websites to be shut down ASAP so that other innocent consumers will not be scammed the way my family was.
