I just order one from this company last night. How can PayPal get away with not bouncing the money back to you? This is showing a pattern of fraud if it happened to you & another buyer. I’m calling pay pal now & telling them to cancel my order & inform them of other victims of this company

I purchased a Dyson Hair Straightener online for $269, retail they are $500-$600. A friend of mine also ordered one the same day. Several days later I received an email with tracking information. I checked tracking and UPS showed it had been delivered 2 days prior. I called UPS to check the package delivery. They stated the tracking number I had been given was for an item from Amazon (which is not where I ordered my item from) and the label was to someone with a different name and different address. My tracking number originated in Illinois. My friend ended up getting the same thing. A UPS tracking number that showed delivered. She called - her package was originated in Ohio. This company gets away with it by getting you to pay with PayPal and then uploading a tracking number that was delivered to your city/state, but not you. PayPal will close your dispute out in their favor bc tracking is showing as delivered. You have to go through many many calls with UPS to get some form of documentation showing the item was not delivered to you. Good luck and stay away.
