I placed a $60 order of products in March 2020 based on the facebook ad. I continue to get the same continuous message since communicating with them since May 2020. I write to them monthly and get nowhere. I will never buy anything from facebook or their ads. The consumer protection agency won't do anything to provide me a refund or compensation

someone should look into Grab the Goodies. They have scammed a lot of people out of their money. Maybe Facebook should be held accountable for false advertising. Hundreds of people have been scammed and yet it continues. Maybe the better business people should get involved. It should be against the law.

I ordered product in April 2020 and I am still waiting, have contacted them several times and get same response as the others. They won't give a refund they said so I have lost my money and what I ordered. Very bad people to do business with.

I placed an order on March 10, 2020 and still have not received my order.
Reading through the other complaints, the emails must be a generic response to anyone complaining because mine were the same. I wanted to put a complaint on the BBB site but grab the goodies does not give a physical address to use ?.
As far as a refund goes, I'm not holding my breath but no one should do business with this online company!

I purchased an item from Grab the Goodies in March 2020. It's now October 2020 and still no product. Updates in April apologising for the delay in delivery due to increased airport security and scrutiny. In September I requested a cancellation and refund which they would not do because the order has been "processed". Then they informed me the product was much more popular than expected - so not sure what the whole airport shipping delay response was in April. My patience has run out and I informed them of this. Not surprising they are now not responding. Reading other reviews this seems to be a common situation. I'm assuming I'll never get my money nor my product. Unfortunately I can't even go through the PayPal process as I waited more than 180 days to put in a request. My advice to anyone is don't buy from this company!

I ordered a product in March 2020 and still not received it. I have been in contact on a number of occasions and each time they ask me to be patient.
They can not cancel or refund because of time since purchase.
I have not received my product and am out of pocket.
7 months of patience has gone now and no item received.
What a scam

I order and paid for items on 3-20-2020. It is July 3rd still have not received items. Emailed several times and the answer was due to Covid 19 shipping is delayed. Last email I requested refund but was told because my order had already been processed I could not get a refund. These were Birthday gifts for the end of May, don't need them any longer.

I ordered about $60.00 worth of items from this website on March 8th, 2020. It is now June 12th and I still have not received my items. I have contacted them several times with the same answer. Because of high demand on your product it will take time to be delivered?? It has been 3 months? Way too long to wait for an order even in this time of the pandemic. Please see the emails below.

This is absolutely ridiculous that you will not grant be a REFUND!!

I realize that the products I ordered seem to be in HIGH DEMAND?

I did not know this when I placed the order...Had I know it would take over 3 months to get my order I would have never placed an order.

I would greatly appreciate a REFUND...

I paid for this order over 2 months ago on my credit card (which I have had to pay interest on) and the items have not even left the warehouse.

(THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM)

I no longer wish to wait another 3 months or more in order to receive my items...

I purchased an item through an ad on facebook through this company on March 11 and still have not received my purchase. the only way to get in touch with them through their website is a support person [email protected]. I have sent several emails in which they tell you the item is backorder. I asked for them to return my money to no avail. I have asked them for their mailing address and phone number and they don't answer that message.
