Scammer, identifying themselves as from the prosecutor's office, called telling consumer she was due in court that day for a past due collection. They issued several threats including garnishing up to 25% of her wages. They also knew the last 4 digits of her SSN and former address. They emailed her a document to sign and return. Consumer did not open the attachment and called the Mont Co prosecutor who have no cases for her.
