This was an online purchase of over-the-counter products called Glucoecrin Blood Sugar and Keto Cleanse from company identified as Glutada Labs out of South Gate, Ca., (855) 481-7477. Return address listed as 189 Temple Ave., Long Beach, CA. 90755. I was charged $7.48 and $6.49 respectively for this purchase which was specifically identified as a "One-time" purchase with no other obligations or automatic payments, etc. The product was received as promised and charges were correct. Within a matter of days, I subsequently found charges on my credit card in the amounts of $112.73 and $97.57 from the same biller, shown as ACCENTUATE FI on my statement. No further product was ever requested and none has been received. Attempts to contact customer support by phone have been fruitless as I have been placed on hold or disconnected or failed to receive any call back. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.
