Their website has ScamPulse.com listed and other credentials, so it seems legitimate. I opted for $49.00 to start the file and process to then file and pay the mandatory fees after talking with them. I spoke to Sebastian, and he seemed to understand much of what was going on with trademarks, but his price sheet was incorrect from WIPO, the UN agency for filing IP. We spoke another time about going from a US filing to an international one, and I agreed once he sent me the proposal for a global search. He said he did the global search, and I would get it when paying for the full application, which was $395, and I would get the $49 credit. He has never answered any calls or emails since, and that's about two weeks (after he was ill for one week, he told me on a call). At this point, I started to research and found no registered trademark attorney with his name in the USA, and the company is not on the California company database. So now I am kicking myself for not doing that first! But the ScamPulse.com logo on their website and Google rating 4.9 of 5.0 stars was what got me to move on it with him.
