This website appeared as the first search result when searching 'global entry renewal' on Google. They claim to assist in the renewal process. They claim to get all the required info from you and submit the application on your behalf for a fee. They take your name, dob, addresses, passport, ID, credit card, etc. They have no affiliation with Global Entry nor do they submit the application for you as they claim. They simply take all the information you provide them with.

I was applying for global entry and the site that popped up was globaltravelerforms.com and I thought this was the official government website where I should apply. Not until I submitted my personal information including passport number and driver’s license, and they asked for a service fee, did I realize it was not a legitimate site. Now I am worried about identity theft.
