I purchased a dog through a individual to which I thought was legit. The individual after receiving money supposedly shipped dog through a shipping courier. This company contacted me via email regarding shipment that dog was on the way. I received an email stating I needed to pay a refundable upon arrival health fee. I paid that. Then next day when the dog was supposed to be here I received another email stating I had to pay a fee to have a certificate and shot done so the dog could be sent to my state that the dog was on hold in Mississippi at a airport. I started feeling like it was a scam so I called said airport and was informed there was no dog there that they don’t ship animals. The company does not have a number. I was niece and dumb to have thought this was legit. I emailed the people and told them it was being reported my credit card companies are aware.
