Got a call saying i was being charged to continue my service . I had been charged $399.00. I told him I don't OK anything I let my kids do that. Told me I have to go online to get my money back.Gave me a cancel #CAN2563899.I said no. I don't do anything my kids do, Gave me a phone # 215.660.0454, This call came in at 3:28 PM from Clister NJ.today 7/13/2022 I told him if they used my credit card it would not go thru I stopped that card days ago. He could not tell me what account it was. the number he called from was 201.588.1156. told me that I got this for free when I got the computer, Told him for that kind of money I would just get a new one.

I received an email with the BestBuy emblem at the top. The email thanked me for using Geek Squad Tech Support Service (719) 504-6670. It said $449.00 has been auto charged against you're a/c as you had selected a renewal plan

I call the number and a foreigner, using an American name, (John Mueller) answered and tried to gain access to my account. It didn't get that far, as I started asking why all this was necessary. It felt like a scam so I disconnected the call. I called Best Buy and cancelled the plan according. Best Buy said it sounded like a scam. I sent the email to Best Buy and now sending it to you.
