I reachout to the supposed dog breeder to see if one of the puppies was still available after a posting he had made. It was, and he answer some questions I had. He also asked me some questions about who will be taking care of the dog. I then said I wanted to see the dog in person, and he said a reservation fee was need to set up the appointment. That was $200. So I sent that over Paypal, and scheduled the appointment. The day of travel heading to meet him, which was 2 hours away, he said he was at the vet to get second vaccinations. That was was $150, and he wanted me to send that over via paypal before meeting him. He said he didn't have the money and that he could leave the vet until I sent it over. If felt off, so I tried to calling him. He answered, and I tried asking questions to better understand the situation. He hung up on me. I then messaged him back on facebook, asking for the vet address to meet him there. He provided the address. I then drove to the vet, with no one there but the workers. I then checked back on facebook messenger, and he can blocked the conversation so that I couldn't reached out to him anymore. I tried calling him back, but he had also blocked my number. I have the full facebook messenger conversation I can download and send to whoever I need to.

Yes I was doing 5:44 calls for false advertisement deceitfulness and misrepresentation he posted a call on the internet that said it had good work and heat and air conditioning and it didn't have the heat or the air conditioning he refused to get the car fixed or properly refund my money so he scammed me cuz he told me that the air conditioning and he works trust me I would not buy a car that doesn't have any heat or any air conditioning in the state of Missouri ever and he tried to attempt to get it fixed but it never worked I had to call for 2 or 3 hours I took the car back to him he put it in the shower for a few hours gave the car back and still didn't work so we actually did go to court for that and they just decided with him after 45 days saying that you know it was as is as is you supposed to tell the truth it don't nothing work or it may or may not work but deceitfulness is when you say something works and it don't he told me it had heat he told me it had air it had neither one I found that out within 3 hours after purchase so he lied if he would have told me that the heat and air condition didn't work of course I wouldn't have gave him $3,500 for that car so he basically scammed me out of it he made it look good and made it seem like it was presentable but it was a lemon as far as the heating system in the air condition system is concerned so now I'm stuck with a car with no heating and no cooling and no finances to get it fixed we're talking for both items to be fixed over $4,000 that I don't have but I just paid him $3,500 of my social security check and I'm really hurt and scammed by this person at 5:44 cars which is the owner Mike so if you guys can do something for me some kind of way I would really appreciate it I know you probably can't handle my case individually but I was just like to I have a refund for that car business people like that need to be exposed to the consumer let them know that there is fraud going on at 5:44 cars at 9527 South Broadway any help from this agency would be appreciated sincerely ***** ******* Senior

My mother was contacted via Facebook by a scammer who is trying to convince her that she's qualified for a government grant to complete her well installation. They asked for pictures of her credit cards (she didn't send them) and for personal information to 'complete the process.'

They wanted all of my personal information. When I looked at the requirements, misspelling of words, the red seal and signed Barack Obama. I shutdown. Also, it's using Attorney Jim Towey as bait. I also screenshot the requirement form.

It was an offer for a Yeti Hopper for women over 35 for 1.95. charged me 9.95 initially, which wasn't the big deal. Next they charged me $149.95. When I called they said it would be reversed within 24 hours. That was on a Friday so I gave them until my account settled on Tuesday before calling back. Instead of staying at pending or reversing, it went through my account. Called back and said it takes 3-7 business days, not 24 hours. Then later that same day on Tuesday April 16th, they charged my account 149.95 again without permission! This time I called to speak to a supervisor. They refused. Told me it was actually 7-10 business days for refunds. A supervisor was supposed to call back within 30 minutes and I'm still waiting the next day.

Facebook ad for Joseph’s Artistic Crafts advertising a disabled US Veteran started a home based business selling handmade stained glass birds and other items. i was so shocked and upset to see a cheap plastic cutout of 3 birds…I feel very deceived into thinking this US Veteran who lost both his legs and arm in the war had started his own business while also supporting his mother who had cancer…I no reason to suspect this Ad on Facebook and the article showing the disabled Veteran to be a scam, he listed so many great reviews, now i see there were many victims..I do hope this person or company is held accountable.

Posted on my girlfriend's Facebook page (he has stolen her identity and FB is not helpful in recovering her page). "Few days left to get this free 4/5 racks on your cashapp. It literally takes 10 minutes" is what it says and he has bots or something in the comment section with positive comments. I do keep track of C*** J******'s FB page and he posts the same thing and the same people are commenting the exact same thing. He will leave it up for a day or two then take it down. Then repost over and over again. He was not only able to scam my girlfriend but, also a friend of hers fell for it as it appeared she was posting this as well and trusts her.

I ordered a cow lamp from Available Store through the message part on Facebook. I paid $45 for product and shipping. Then they send me a email saying I need to send $20 for tracking ID. That was the $65.

Then they said $30 more dollars I could get a larger one. I said no, I want the one I ordered. Then they said it was shipped, then they said there was a little issue. I have to pay another fee. I said how much $30 they said no $25. for Immigration office that my package was sized by task force. they claim the owner of the stuff should settle with them before they let it go. Yes I should have listen to my gut! So now I'm supposed to send $25 to [email protected], to receive my package. Seems kind of funny I sent the 45 to MagicallyKirby at PayPal , use family and friends. I didn't think anything of it. I can't file a complaint through PayPal because they had me use family and friends. I know I won't get my money back but others need to know about this business. I would really like my product, it was for my daughter.

I placed an order though Temu. It was personalized rings as Christmas presents. I did receive them and loved them but the picture started peeling off so the sent a new one it happened again and they replaced both rings however they are peeled off again and now they are telling me I am out of the warranty window and they can do nothing but refund me 5.00 I paid 39.00 each. I was never told about a warranty window now they are telling me they can't do anything. So they basically stole my 80.00. I am on disability and am very upset that there's nothing they can do. I have emailed them numerous times.

Found an ad for shell colored carport 25'x20'x7' from Arrow, on Facebook. was sent tracking and shipping detail e-mail, but now has been delivered to an unknown address in El Centro CA. ?

E-mail say they charged me $81.33, but actual charge was $67.93. I have disputed it with my credit account. The account says no merchant info. Why would they let a charge go through with no merchant info?

I contacted someone on the Facebook marketplace to buy an iPhone 15 pro max 1 TB. When we talked on messenger the lady was Nice. We set a time and day to meet up. She even showed me a picture of the receipt I checked the IMEI on the Apple site everything was ok. When we met up I checked the iPhone box it matched the IMEI on the receipt the lady showed me. The phone was used and didn't have much battery. At the moment when I was with the lady couldn't tell the phrase was fake till I got home and took a deeper look at everything. Right after I left to head home I messaged the seller no response already and I felt something wrong, after a couple of hours I got home the seller blocked me off Facebook Messenger. The phone is fake and can't do anything with it and I paid $1000 for garbage. I wonder if I can get my money back even though I know the person used a fake name to create an account. I also called the Surrey non-emergency line the police said they couldn't do anything. I got mad I just want to report Facebook marketplace allows people to sell fake things online. I also want to warn others to be careful.

I saw an ad on Facebook for some lovely clothing items, one of them being a Western tribal/ethnic sweater, which I ordered for $45.98. The company, listed as Westlands, is, I NOW KNOW, a scam company. Although they purport to be Westlands, they are really Lilyards, out of China. I ordered the sweater on Feb. 10/24, paying through Paypal. It is now Apr. 10, and to date, have not received the item I bought. I have contacted this outfit numerous times through their only method of contact -- which is [email protected] -- asking them to cancel this order and refund my payment, which they have refused to do. They have strung me along promising that "soon" the item will be shipped. It does not take three months to send an item someone has paid for, and I need help getting my money back.

Facebook should be more responsible with phony scams just to make money. Will never trust Facebook again.

10x20 Greenhouse. They said that they are with Harbor Freight, and the item is a clearance. The description page had ScamPulse.com logo as well as 5 or 6 other logos to make me think that it is legitimate. They even sent email to inform that the item was shipped with a trackingnumber. Originally, they said that the item would arrive within a

week, which made me think that it's from one of HarborFreight warehouses. When I didn't get it, I decided to track and found that it was

shipped from China. A month later, I found that the tracking said that the item was delivered. I went to the location and then to the Post Office. The PO said the package does not exist in their system. Later, the people of the house of the supposed delivery called and said no such delivery occurred.
