No, that is not satisfactory. I ordered the auger and that is what I want or a100% refund. I will turn this in to authorities for fraud. I will expect me full refund within 7 days. I have been very patient.

I attached picture of ring I received as "gift" for waiting for order. Also of my order. I no longer have packaging that ring came in, as it has been 2 weeks ago and this is my third email to your company. If I do not have an answer of where my product is or what you are going to do to resolve my issue, I will give poor reviews on social media, make a complaint to Better Business Bureau, and what ever else I may find to do. I am tired of excuses of why we do not have our product.

A ring(yellow band) was delivered with a note that stated... while you wait for your purchase please except this gift. I would like a refund for the ice auger, if it has not arrived in one week.
