I was wanting purchase some puppies for Christmas. I found this website, it looked reliable but I was wrong. I contacted the person who goes by the name of Maxwell Ntseh. He told me he had the two puppies available for $1,200.00. He sent me a contract via email. He also gave me a phone call to talk to me a little bit more about the puppies and how old they were. We exchanged emails back in fourth. I requested for more photos which he provided and I was sold. He asked me to pay him through the app Zelle to an email of [email protected]. I paid him and we continued to exchange emails about when the puppies would ship and he was very quick in responding until two days before the delivery. I was expecting to pick up the puppies at the airport. I never received any confirmation. I started thinking I might have gotten spammed I went on his website and it was shut down. I called him and asked him why, he said it was under construction and it would be up next week. I started to lose hope. I search for his website online and found him on the pet scams website. I am heartbroken, I purchased the puppies crates, toys, beds, food, and bowls... I have attached some emails back in forth for evidence.
