I received a CONFIRMATION as Beneficiary to $4,950,000.00 from the above commission. I have spoken to Dr. David Morgan and he seems too anxious for me to get this money. I have checked everywhere I know to check but seems like a scam to me. He wants me to go to Walmart and send 5,000 to a person he said will help me. ?

My Mother has received two of these letters so far. The last was the European Union Lottery Commission. Said she won 1,950,000.00 and to keep it a secret or she would loose it. Clames Ahent Dr. Oscar Martines Axxal Finance & Clames Company S.L. wich will receive 5% .
