Type of a scam Rental
-obviously too good to be true
-the unit was occupied currently so they couldn’t do a tour but sent me a video which was basically scrolling through a virtual tour from a website
-reverse image search showed a listing from when the unit was for sale
-the person I was corresponding with was acting as an “agent” for the landlord
-I could put down a deposit to reserve it and if I decided that I didn’t want it I would get a full refund. He didn’t respond when I asked how I would get a refund
-grammar wasn’t great and used an aol email address, obviously not put together by a professional realtor.
-got snarky when I tried to call him on it
