I purchased a samsung galaxy Tablet with this company on May 24th. I emailed them on May 29th and then again June 1st for an update, but did not receive any update. I know that the COVID situation is creating time lags and I am completely understanding of that but to not receive ANY update or any information other than the confirmation of my order on the date that I ordered it is unacceptable. I am fairly certain this is a scam website and nobody should shop from them. I was able to get my refund through PayPal thank god.
