Regarding the above complaint they are again calling stating reason they are calling is their licence has expired and they can no longer provide tech support and want to refund payment (in my case US$299.99) - and provide a number 361-288-1818 to call. However, when on the phone with me the person wanted access to my computer - when refused - said he would transfer me to another person, but instead hung up - Another SCAM?

I received a pop up stating my computer had a virus . I called the number on the pop up to resolve problem to make a long story short Eco pro talked me into paying $399.00 for technical support. Several months latter I receive a call from them stating they are moving and are required by law to refund me. Stupidly I let them into my computer to do what they needed to do in order to refund me. they asked me for the name of my bank and said they had to refund me thru my bank I became suspicious and hung up. A week later a saw a report on the news about the same scam.

I hope something can be done. These people could be terrorists .
