It was the first time i used Alibaba.com and I found a product For cheap and I talked to the seller and he said he would ship them as soon as he got payment but they don’t use the website for transactions because it’s unreliable and doesn’t go through sometimes and he wanted to use cash app so I asked my husband he said just try and so I sent the money and then he texted me directly through the what’s up app and told me there is an insurance change for the shipping company in Alabama and they are holding my package and need and additional $780 dollars before it’s released... so I’m out of my money and didn’t get the product
