I placed an order last July table do your puzzles on and never got it
Paid for it never received it

I placed a order
Last year. July
Paid for it
Never received it

Table

I had the exact same experience and they refused to refund me I disputed the purchase with my bank and will be reimbursed for the charge. I also ordered the puzzle table. The total cost was $34.98. Indeed, if it sounds too good to be true, then it is NOT true.

Ordered a puzzle table and it never came. They said the delivery service said it was delivered and told me to check with my post office. which I did twice with no luck. When I asked for help they said I needed to check with the delivery service because there was nothing they can do and refused to give me info to contact the deliver service. They also have not responded to my request for a refund or send a replacement. I am attaching the most recent email.

Ordered the table and got a toy bag, still trying to get my table or full refund

Same case, I am from Mexico, my mother ordered the puzzle table, and received a bag!
This is so bad! they are a really scam!
Not buying from China anymore!

I ordered the puzzle table and have yet to receive it. It's been over 4 months now. Like others I realize that if it's too good to be true it's usually is. I also tried ordering stuff from another website, wwwdumushop.com . I didn't see the name at the time I placed the order. It said dumb u. I guess that's how I feel about the puzzle table. I am too naïve for trusting that people will honor their word and do the right thing. It's a costly "Live and learn" moment. I also believed that by using PayPal I would be protected. They(PP)should have a list of these scammers by now and be able to stop the payment and protect their clients. A. Franklin

Another one yet, like the above reviews! I should know by now that when it sounds too good to be true, it usually is! I guess I just always believe in people’s honesty. I have tried, with no avail, to get them to answer & no jigsaw puzzle table! It’s hard not to hope that you will receive your justice!

Ordered the foldable puzzle table and then after approximately 3 months, I checked the tracking number they gave me and it showed that the item was delivered by the USPS. I went to the USPS and they said that they could not confirmed the number. So, I guess I've been robbed. I guess I keep forgetting that "when something is too good to be true, is because it isn't".

Hi,
Although I do intend to contact the company just in case my table actually “go lost in the mail”, I also ordered a puzzle board in April 2021. I have received absolutely nothing. Fortunately it’s only about $30.00, I was considering buying approximately 20 to 25 for several nursing homes in the area. Good luck to all, mistakes do happen.

DO NOT ORDER FROM DOLINKE IF YOU ARE READING THIS!

I wish I had looked for some reviews about these guys before I ordered. I ordered the foldable puzzle table as well. I ordered it on April 19, got tracking info for the parcel on April 29. The tracking told me that the parcel was being shipped from the Netherlands of all places. Parcel FINALLY arrived on May 20 and turns out the product they sent wasn't even puzzle related. I still don't know what the thing is. Sent an email to the service guys, didn't get a response for nearly a week and they are saying we can give you a $5 refund (or if I return the item, I will get $6, but I have to pay for the shipping to get it back to them). I am now $36 (in my currency) out of pocket, with no way of getting anything back. As of posting this, I have given up on trying to get any money back after several emails, with upto 10 days between replies, and I'm just going to throw the item in the bin. Soon after I received the parcel I even tried to look for the puzzle table on the website and it was gone. .

I got one of those, as well. It did not come from Dolinke, and I had a heck of a time tracking down the company that sent it. The best I could find was that they were a "clearing house" of sorts for a huge list of overseas sellers. I traced it through the return address which was in California. I had no idea it was even remotely related to the puzzle table I ordered, so I figured it was another unsolicited shipment - much like the seeds many people received last year. I did see the ad for the table pop up again on Facebook, just a couple of weeks ago, and I commented that I had not received my order. I got an immediate message asking for the order number so that it could be tracked. I responded with the number and have heard nothing since. I guess I'm out $30 and I have some random item, but looking at versions of the same table on Amazon for $200, it's less painful.

Wow! I wish I had seen all these before I ordered gave these criminals my credit card number. I am currently dealing with the exact same thing. Ordered the puzzle table for $24.99 + $6.99 shipping on April 12th. Never received an email receipt or tracking information. The only address they give on their website is one in England, but I had a feeling my order would be coming from China, so I expected I'd be waiting at least a month for delivery. On May 15th, I received a small bubble wrap package with a return address in California only, no sender name. Inside was a small 5.5x5.5in child's puzzle. I hadn't ordered a "puzzle", but I had ordered a "puzzle" organizer, and I began to suspect I had been scammed. Four days later I decided to report the problem to PayPal. Their dispute procedure calls for the buyer to try to resolve the issue directly with the seller first, and facilitates this contact through their resolution center. I sent not one, but two inquiries to Dolinke, two days apart, and got no response (surprise, surprise) so on May 23rd I escalated my complaint for PayPal to investigate. They reached out to the merchant and were awaiting a response, after such time they would contact me if they needed additional information. Having been through a similar situation once before, that went in my favor, I was still fairly confident that I would win this one too. I mean, they were in the wrong and I could prove it. Slam dunk right? Wrong! PayPal denied my claim, citing tracking information provided by the seller, showed the package was delivered on... ...you guessed it, May 15, the same day I received the "mystery puzzle". Then without allowing me the opportunity to prove it was fraud, they closed the case. Ok, ok, I know what y'all are thinking, and yes I did say this has happened before so, yes I should've known better. What can I say, I was being a good little consumer like I'm supposed to be. We all are and criminals are exploiting our consumerism, aided by companies like PayPal. It was clear from PayPal's offer to credit my account, when I protested their decision, suggests that they are fully aware of how this business is operating and they are not going to stop them because after all, the more sales the scammers make, the more they pay PayPal. So they count on most people to either not know how to dispute it, or simply not dispute it for whatever reason, and pay off the few that complain, writing them off as losses come tax time. I will probably take the credit but I would like to see this operation shut down and the players held accountable.

Now that you mention the kids puzzle. I did receive that. I was wondering were that came from. The difference is that in my case, the tracking number could not be verified by the USPS as having been delivered to me. Plus, if it had I would have to have a video on my ring of it being delivered since the item would not fit inside a mailbox. Lol. I'm going to have to check with Paypal. Never done it before, but I am of the mind of cancelling them if they do not help. Like Paypal but they are not indispensable.

PayPal ALWAYS has a "NOT AS DESCRIBED" out for the buyer. It's part of their buyers protection policy, and the only way they get rid of these scam sellers is by having enough people report items "not as described". You should have been successful with PayPal, I was, although it is possible that PP just writes all these low dollar credits off, and never goes back after the seller. But if you are a US seller, and there is a complaint lodged against you, they IMMEDIATLEY hold any funds you have in PP, or they charge back to your credit card or bank that you must have on file. But maybe that only for us naïve Americans...

Good luck. And never just "let them get away with it". You work hard for your money, why shouldn't they?

The same happened to me. I ordered for this father's day for my dad. I also got the pink bag. Can't anything be done.

I ordered the folding puzzle table from dolinke and on the day that they said it was delivered, I received a cheap 13 piece puzzle with no paperwork that wasn't even complete. I have emailed them several times and get a canned response not to ship at back. Doesn't paypal vet their sellers

I purchased a foldable storage puzzle table for $24.99 and Silicone fresh-keeping sleeve for $7.99, shipping for $6.99 for a total of $39.97 on May 3, 2021. They charge my bank account but I still haven't received either of the items I purchased for my daughter as a Mother's Day gift. How sad that you have to steal people money.

Same old, same old. Too good to be true, but, at the time, it was hard to find anything to the contrary online. Funny thing is how adamant Apple is about apps, and they allowed this false app to run as a click-bait item for other gaming apps. When I ordered, I realized most of the response was very low quality. A receipt with minimal information, and no online tracking or account lookup. They even scrambled my mailing and billing addresses, although I did use PayPal Credit, because, as a PayPal seller AND Buyer, I know they have some pretty strict rules and protections for both sides. As my suspicions got stronger, I quickly created a case with Paypal, as it had all the earmarks of a scam, but you have to follow some procedure with Paypal to ensure that you tried to resolve it with the seller first.
After contacting the "service" email in an attempt to clear up the billing/mailing address issue, I was told that it could not be corrected, but was given a tracking number to track on 17track.net. Again, the email was very low quality. But the tracking number aligned with "SOMETHING" coming out of China into the US. So I waited, expecting that, if it did show up, at either of the addresses they had, I'd still get the item. Nothing for a couple of weeks. Then, today, in my mailbox is this softsided shipping envelope with a return address of "ONLINE SHIPPER" and some logistics warehouse out in LA. Well, I think, this can't be the table. Its too small and its way too light and soft. I open it up and inside is what appears to be some striped soft bag in a clear bag. And since I am fully aware of my online purchases and what I'm expecting, I know that I didn't order this, but lo and behold, the "online tracking" shows it as delivered. Yep, it sure was, but it wasn't the folding table at all. it was some bag and an instructional card to contact some @gmail account for a refund or replacement or whatever. NO WAY Qiáo sè. So, dispute opened with PayPal, let them sort all this out.
I had a similar problem with an eBay purchase. Here is what I think the scam is:
1) Show you an item of superior quality
2) Have the feel of backing of a well respected company (eBay, or PayPal accepted)
3) Ship some piece of junk to your address for tracking reasons, making sure that it takes almost 30 days to get there (It's from China, after all, and its supposed to be a large item)
4) Now, its a fact that many American won't bicker over something small like $32. And even more feel embarrassed that they've been scammed. So many people do absolutely nothing.
5) Others will try to "follow the rules" on the card and then get some small refund or additional item, OR you will be convinced that the return shipping is your responsibility, and, if they don't get it back by such-and-such a date, you will be charged the full amount. And the shipping will be far more expensive than the piece of junk your returning. So were convinced to do nothing.
6) If only 10% of the people affected do anything, and they sell 1,000 units at $32 each, they rake in almost $29k for what is probably about $1k of junk and shipping.

So, DO NO be ashamed or embarrassed. When well know companies allow these scammers to do business with Americans (AMEX, MasterCard, VISA, Discover, PayPal, etc.) make use of the tools those companies provide to stop these scammers in their tracks. Sure, they will close up shop and reopen as Aslinke or Polinke or something else, but let's make it cost them money instead of being treated like free money to them. FIGHT BACK!

I ordered the puzzle table for my daughter's birthday. I ordered it in april. I still have not received it. My tracking says it was in my city and then it went to Illinois, where it has been for a month now. I also received the same pink striped bag out of nowhere. Until I saw your post I didn't think much about the bag. I thought it was part of another order as a free gift. I paid $39.95 for the table. I am so sad it isn't real, because it was the perfect gift for my daughter. ???

I ordered mine 5/2/2021. I am still waiting on it. 5/30/2021. Now that I have read these reviews I did get a plastic bag with 2 zippers, for like carrying Legos. Which I did not order. I gave it to my grandson. So guess I can stop looking for it. Stealing from a grandmother on a fixed income. I am going to contact my bank tomorrow.
