Purchased product on 12/28/2017 was supposed to be$ 4.99, $4.95, and $1.99. for a trial offer of 14days or money back guarantee.I did not receive one$ 1.99 bottle called them on Jan 6th to cancel the order. I have a cancellation confirmation number as well, for the 6th. that was never filed? Then i see a charge on the 11th of Jan. 2017 stating a $79.95 charge to my card.And a statement saying this would be a monthly charge.Contacted the credit card company and there was nothing we could do because we haven't filed a complaint with the company. So far we have revoked the reoccurring monthly charge but still had to pay the other charges.Due to the companies denial of the cancellation.
