After seeing a Facebook ad for wrinkle cream: Free sample if you paid the shipping. So, I did that. Then a month later a charge for $179.00 appeared on my charge card. I disputed the charge as I had NOT purchased the product. I contacted the company and they told me to send the item back Priority Mail and they would refund me. THEN, they emailed me and said that since I had contacted my credit card company, they would REFUSE the Priority Mail package and charge me extra fees. Now they want $229.00! I feel that it was false advertising as NOTHING was "free" and then they want to add extra charges plus the price. And they are going to turn me into a collection agency if I don't pay. As a senior citizen, I don't have extra money for scams.

If you look at their Facebook page, it is FULL of other people just like me. Other people have reported this company to you. Is there any help you can give us? Thank you, Susan Perry

Website offers a free sample of product if you pay the shipping and handling. When product was received a large red notice said: First Things First: This is a 30 Day Trial and not a free sample! It then goes on to say that if you do not return the sample at your expense within 30 days you will start receiving monthly charges of $139.00 plus $4.95 shipping . Nothing was mentioned on the web sight about any of this!

For $4.95 you can have Trial offer for an anti aging cream called Dermaset 3D Renewal Science anti aging cream. The cream was shipped from a Hollywood Fla address and I receive a packing list and a one piece of paper from “President Marie Urina”. Phone 1-855-936-8700

Within only a few days of receipt of product your credit card is charged $179. The product literature states that “ if you wish to keep our rock star, anti-aging cream once your 30-Day Trial period expires- You will be charged in the amount of $179. ( the very low equivalent of ($89.50per month).”

Well guess what - THEY DON’T WAIT....... and when you call the “customer service” and tell them that they are not following good business practices- they did take the charge Off for me - the first time! So I began to use the product and found nothing super exciting about it, given the one month trial as it says it takes a few weeks to SEE changes according to the site that I was on...... I call back customer service again to tell them and they charge the $179 again. They tell me that the first time was an “pre- authorization” of my credit card because “THEY have many problems with fraudulent credit cards so they charge the $179”. I tell them that many companies would only charge $1 on any so called “pre-authorization “ and this was never even disclosed in their literature. They claim that it is and it is Not !, No fax number was given or offer so that I could send over the limited documention that I was sent. There is no interest in my “satisfaction or disappointing results” they don’t want to hear about that- they only state their own woes about how much the product costs are and they need the money. Poor business practices!! No customer service !! BUYERS BEWARE! NO information offered on sending product back or crediting my account for return.
