Dept. of Health and Human Services impostor Reports & Reviews (1)

On August 29th my friend (or I thought it was her) messengered me if I heard about the Community Services Block Grant funded by the Dept of Health and Human Services to help people get money. She gave me the number to call to see if I qualified (412) 475-9381. I finally called on the 30th to see. When "she" explained it to me I told "her" that wasn't for me. She said what's your name and gave her my name. She then came back and said I qualified. All I had to do was fill out the form which I did and then all I had to pick was an amount to receive. I picked the lowest ($50,000 for $500 and the amount went up to $3 million. So then I had to text another number (475) 273-2153 to make my payment of $500. I had to go buy American Express cards, snap a pic of the front, back of card and the receipt. When my payment was confirmed which took a few hours, I was ready for my payment to be delivered by the "UPS Delivery Team." On 9/1 at 5:15 am the payment was confirmed. Then I had to pay ANOTHER $500 for clearance and delivery fee for the money. I messengered "my friend" and asked her if she did this. She said she did everything they told her. Trust the Agent. So I had to go get another American Express card and do the same thing with the pics but this time I had to make a copy of my drivers license and send it to them. So then I had to wait for the payment to be confirmed. It was to be delivered the next morning at 5:30. Then the texted me and said everything was ready to go but I had to pay another $900 for the IRS Certificate to ensure there would be no tax problems with the money. My friend said she got her money $100,000 delivered at her doorstop in 6 hours. So then I paid the $900 with the American Express and each time I ask them if there is any other surprises for me. They kept telling me no this is it. So the payment is confirmed the next morning and it should be here on the third by 5:00 PM. In the afternoon I received yet another text. Now I owe $1400 for the Homeland Security because I need the papers to get my money. I messengered my friend and asked her if she paid this too. She said I paid all the fees at once. I have all the paperwork in my possession. So I texted back and told them I was going to contact someone about this. Through this whole process, I was told continuously not to say anything to anyone about this. So I told them I was going to call the Better Business Bureau about this. They said "they already know." I refused to go any further with this and then they continued to try to text me and call me on my cell phone that night and half the day the next day. I have kept ALL the texts on my phone and want to say that they have impersonated the Department of Health and Human Services, UPS, Homeland Security and the IRS. I still have the American Express cards that were used. Please let me know what I need to do now.
