The scammer emailed me saying I had ordered a dental product when in reality I didn’t order nothing from there fake company they sent me a legitimate looking receipt they had my debit card number. I called them to get my money back they didn’t want to return me my money they wanted to give me money they gave more than they were supposed to they wanted there money back so the Indian guy made me go to store for gift cards the guy logged into my bank account to supposedly give my money he stole one thousand four hundred dollars from my account so I filed a police report talked with my bank and the bank credited me back the money that was stolen from me.

I received an email from what I thought was a company I had ordered from previously. I called them on 12-8-20 to cancel the order for $258.74. He said he would cancel and refund my money. He told me to go to my computer and log on to refund the money. I told him I did not want anyone fooling with my computer. He assured me I would only be able to chat with his billing rep through the computer. He told me to log into my checking account where the money would be deposited. Then I had to type in something to allow me to join his rep. When I did he completely took over my computer and typed in $4000 which appeared in my checking account. He told me I had to pay him back with gift cards. I panicked thinking it was his money. I purchased gift cards in the amount of $330. They supposedly owed me the $258.74 plus he said he would allow me to give him back $3300 instead of the total $4000. In panic mode I bought the gift cards and gave him the numbers. He told me he would not give me back access to my computer until he got his money. He played on my sympathy saying he was going to lose his job right before Xmas. After a few hours of running to get gift cards while he stayed on my phone and was accessing my account, ***** ***** (my bank) figured out I was being scammed and called me. They told me to hang up as I was being scammed by a professional. I had to shut down everything on my accounts and they reported it to their fraud dept. I know that I am the loser here for not being aware until after the fact of these gift card scams and for being naive thinking people are genuine. I called the numbers I had for them (877-846-9747, 315-314-3051, 680-777-0157) the next day as he told me he would return the money to my account the next day when I told him I knew what he was doing. He actually took $4000 from my credit card in my bank info and transferred it to my checking account and said it was his money. The money I used to buy the gift cards was my own money but I didn’t know it until later. He had changed my password so I couldn’t check my account. They are Indian accents named Brian Tryor, Jerry and Steven. I have reported it to the FBI, FTC and the gift card company, If you find any info on these people, please let me know.

I received an invoice saying they were going to charge my credit card ****** for six month subscription to dental probiotics. I did at one time in June 2020 order one bottle of dental probiotics so I called the phone number on that bottle and they told me it was a scam. The phone number listed on the invoice was ************
