Dealer Processing Reports & Reviews (21)

Almost daily calls from spoofed numbers for over 3 years. Many are silent robocalls, but some leave a message from "George with Dealer Services". I have waited to speak to someone a number of times. They are frequently rude and will hang up as soon as they realize you are suspicious. This has happened even when I dialed the number left in messages. Apparently, they can block a number causing future calls to be routed to a fake "This number is disconnected. Plain and simple, these are lawbreaking thieves out to scam the niave and elderly. I know this company, if it can be called that, closes and is suddenly back in business the next day. It appears that they use VIP phone number which makes them appear in any and all states. I also get the impression this scam is franchised and I think separate groups use the exact same scam model. It's sad that the FTC and FCC lack the resources to prosecute, sue, or shut down this scam spam phishing operation. Apparently, their have been lawsuits and the "owner" had multiple aliase names. That pretty much says it all right their. This scammer is my main reason for never answering unrecognized phone numbers. Legitimate callers will leave a message while scammers and robodialers will not most of the time. I k ow for a fact that hitting ANY number to get on their do not call list tells them they have an active phone number and your number will instead be added to their target list instead actually increasing the number of calls. Simply don't answer and, if you do, be silent and say nothing. Scammers sell their lists and a non-response is the only way to reduce the number of scam/spam/phishing calls you receive...Also, report every number so they get added to major blocking lists making their day less profitable...

Frequent calls from fake numbers offering fake products.

This company continues to call you despite blocking their number. You can be on the do not call list and that doesn’t matter. They keep calling from different numbers too. And they hang up on you if you tell them to stop calling you. Can’t the FBI get involved to bring down these fraudsters soon?

"Dealer Processing" calls me about 2-6 per week with some BS about a car that I never owned (1997 Jeep).

They call you may times, they leave nonsense messages, and they are trying to sell you something that you don't want OR need.

This has been going on for years now, just had an opportunity to make it public. And I am seeing MANY people have the same issue.

Whoever the CEO is, or the board of trustees, should all be in jail for a few years. Not kidding - good luck to anyone who has had this call.

They keep calling and calling no matter if I try and block they number they still keep calling saying my factory warranty is out of date on a car I don’t even own

For over a year I have been receiving hundreds of calls from many different numbers, usually between 4am and 8am, from this company and I have told them to stop calling dozens of times. The most recent time the woman on the phone said verbatim "No, bitch, we're gonna keep calling." and then further said she is going to place me on a call back list to further harass me. Considering how long and frequent the calls have been (3 today alone), there is no way that I'm not already on such a list.

"Brandon" left a voicemail saying my vehicle warranty is about to expire. This is a scam, live agents are trained to not give out their company name, address, or actual phone number because they are afraid to get sued.

- Macon, GA, USA

This "company" continues to call my phone saying that they are giving me a final courtesy call about my vehicles warranty. I have asked to be removed from their call list several times and they continue to call from different numbers. I have blocked numerous telephone numbers because of this. I also am well aware that this is a scam considering that I am employed at the dealership in which I purchased my vehicle and I am well aware of my 4 year/ 45k mile warranty that I was given on my vehicle. My car only has about 15k miles on it and I am well aware of the proper protocol to extend my warranty through my dealer. Please help me and many others by putting an end to this scam "company".

First off note that ScamPulse.com shows a company with the name "Dealer Processing" and whose business is described by the actions the following is "Out of Business". Also, I did not lose anything from this other than the time trying to track these buggers down.

A person calling himself "Brandon" called with a "dealer warranty is a about to expire" pitch. In the interest of trying to get more information, the only thing that I could get out of the "agent" that I spoke to was that he didn't have any information about the car in question, didn't know where his company was located, only that he did have a years out of date address for me that he did understand what FTC/FCC means. Two more calls produced in similar results. A third and fourth call did not answer, suggesting that my number was now blocked. Complaints have been filed with both the Federal Trade Commission and Federal Communications Commission.

The two telephone numbers directly involved are 509-204-8606, which is from Washington state, and 888-240-8861, a generic WATS number. Another number possibly associated with these is 520-317-2954, which is in Arizona.

I have been getting these calls at all kinds of hours trying to get me to buy an extended warranty on my vehicle. My car is only 2 years old and still under warranty. I explained this. I also explained that my number is on the DO NOT CALL LIST multiple times. I threatened to call a lawyer. Nothing stops them. Sometimes they only call once, other times I have recieved multiple calls in one day. They call from different numbers so it's hard to tell where they are really calling from. I just want it to stop. The numbers I listed above are just a few of the numbers I have saved from them theres been so many more.

Receiving multiple calls from "Linda" from Dealer Processing from multiple phone numbers offering extended car warranty. Here are other numbers from "Linda".

(430) 703-5075

(737) 238-2057

(903) 228-9302

(682) 265-9526

They repeatedly call me about a warranty I never purchased. I get around 8 calls a day from different numbers asking the same thing. They want a deposit before they reveal any information and harass all day.

I receive 3-5 calls per day from Linda at Dealer Processing.

- Boynton Beach, FL, USA

This caller uses numerous fake numbers or phone numbers that are no longer in service. The initial recording states they are 'DEALER PROCESSING' and are giving me one last opportunity to extend the warranty on my car. Then they ask a question that prompts a 'yes' answer. However, any voice statement made, such as calling them 'an [censored]' will get the reply: 'congratulations'. Mind you, this 'last opportunity' never ends as I have been getting these calls for more than 2 years.

When the recording ends an option to press 1 to talk to a service agent or any other variety of numbers to 'opt out'. Pressing the 'opt out' number ends the call but doesn't stop them from calling again, and again, and again for years. Same message.

Pressing 1 gets you stuck in an advertising recording. If and when a person comes on the line they ask for your name. I never answer their question no matter what it is. Instead I ask them to tell me who they are and who they represent. I I don't get hung up on, which happens quite frequently, I will continue to avoid answering their questions and pose questions asking them for their location, address, web site, actual phone number... Eventually, they will hang up. It is my estimation that they are a phishing scam as they keep wanting my name and for me to say 'yes'.

3-5 calls per week

different numbers display each time, when I call them back, number disconnected message

Steve from Dealer Processing, always same message/recording, auto warranty expired

I wait for human to talk to

Human tells me, our automated system not working, asked to provide make and model of my car, besides my name

I just keep saying yes until I finally get to another company, National Dealer Protection

I make my way, by saying yes, to a finance manager

Quoted $199 down, $120 per month for 22 months for 4 year term

I ask for an email confirmation before I give them any account numbers

The fight starts because, of course, they refuse to do that

I say, let me check your Website before I agree to anything

I checked for National Dealer Protection on Web, nothing is found with that name

But I found scams on Dealer Processing

I mention this to the finance manager, he starts to argue, probably because I let him for 20 minutes of conversation

He hangs up on me, call ends

repeat calls with automated voice

Selling extended warranties using repeated phone calls (ongoing for several years now)

They put out robocalls from many different numbers and call relentlessly with a recorded message saying something like my automobile warranty is about to expire, and warning me that this is the last call or warning that I will receive unless I renew it right away. I wish that were true. I've received at least 30 of these calls in the last few months, and I've been keeping a log of all these calls. I don't own a car, don't/can't drive because I'm disabled, haven't driven in 13 years. When I did own a car, it was a 20 year old used car and I've never had a car warranty in my life. I have blocked their calls, asked them to a stop calling me, reported all calls to the National Do Not Call registry (which does nothing except maybe compile statistics). I've filed complaints with the BBB, the FTC, and now I'm ready to contact the FBI to report their scam. I have kept a call log and will continue to do so, because I am certain they will continue to call. Whatever records I have, I will turn over to any agency that can help to stop these scammers. Please contact me if you want these records.

- Troy, MI, USA

Caller asks questions trying to get person called to say "YES" - the response is recorded and employed by the caller to fraudently authorize charges to the called person.
