I was contacted by Edona Cosovic to interview for a position as a Part Time voter outreach coordinator. I applied for this position via LinkedIn. I was invited to interview via email by Edona at [email protected] through email. I accepted the interview and completed the interview on Fri 8/17/2022 1:00 PM - 1:15 PM. After the interview, I followed up with Edona on 8/24/2022 about the status of the application and interview, Edona responded that she would send me the onboarding forms and to be looking for the onboarding training closer to Sept 1, 2022. On the evening of 8/24/22, Edona sent me the forms and CC'd Lori Mayberry who is labeled the "Chief Operations Officer - DCI Pragmatic-Solutions". The next day on 8/25/2022 I Emailed Edona the forms (I-9, w-2 and direct deposit authorization form) I attempted to email her three times and the email "kicked back" the delivery, reporting it was a scam. I contacted Lori in regards to this issue reporting Edona's email was undeliverable and I would forward the forms to her. The same issue occurred with Lori's email as well ([email protected]) I became concerned once I provided my full name, address, social security and banking information. I am monitoring my account in case of any fraud activity occurs. Attached to this report I Have provided all of the emails and documents I have provided to the employees at "DCI: Pragmatic Solutions" the online presence on their website is unclear as well, and the links to their social media accounts are inactive.
