This company sold me a knife set. When it arrived it was not what I expected. It was in a brown box. There was no company box. The knives looked old, like they had been returned by someone else. They were not new. I returned them within the hour. I received an email that I was charged a $299.00 restocking fee. The website clearly says "free returns". This is a crooked company and I will continue to fight for my money.
