Sunshine Miniature Dachshund Puppies Home-SCAM DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM

Completed application for puppy and was contacted by Jazz Washington at 724-245-0356. She provided information about their breeding and when I asked if I could call her, she did not answer. Our communication was via text and email ([email protected]). Price was $550 for puppy and $265 for shipping with a total of $815.0. We had to make payment via Zelle and had to send photo of completed transfer. Was told the airport would reach out to us in the morning. We received call from Pacific Global Shipping wanting $1680 for special crate for the pup. My BS flag went way up, asked questions and the guy hung up on me. I immediately called my bank to stop the transfer, but Jazz had withdrawn the funds and now I am out of a cute puppy, and $815.00.

Thought I was purchasing a puppy, said I could Venmo them money @carmen-diaz-223 or Zella money to [email protected]. Said the puppy would be sent tomorrow, received a e-mail from the logistics company and they were requesting me to rent a heated crate. Looked up the logistics company and nothing came up. I am out $700

This is a puppy scam. They advertised dachshund puppies on a website (dachshundstarpuppies.net). I completed an information form online...mostly name and phone number. Most of the communication was via text and email. The number they texted from was 412-230-1142. They sent me pictures and videos of the puppy I was interested in. Payment was via zelle, which was listed at the bottom of my online banking (Wells Fargo). Because it was Wells Fargo, I trusted it to use to pay for the puppy and the transportation fee. They said they were located in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. I sent payment via Zelle to Nico Tse. They also asked me to send a copy of the payment confirmation (it only said the amount I had transferred and the name of the puppy I wanted) to one of two email addresses: either [email protected] or [email protected]. I became suspicious when the communications stopped after the payment transferred and found their name on Puppyscam.com I should have checked earlier.
