Ordered back in April, have yet to recieve my order they responded to one of my several attempts with a reply that it was on its way with no tracking number now today when I try to go to the web page its taken down and un available I want my money back now!

I ordered $55 worth of stuff 4/5/21. I contacted them on 4/29, asking them for a tracking number and if they can assist.
They sent a brief email with a link to track my order but no tracking number.
I go to the website now and put in my order number and it says In Transit, will arrive in April sometime. It’s currently July and nothing.

They won’t answer me about or issue me a refund. Nor will they really give me a clear answer about anything. I will continue to email them until I receive my money back.

Ordered kit on 4/24. They’ve said It’s shipped. Provided me link to the tracking website but NO TRACKING NUMBER! Now will not answer emails. I used QuadPay to pay and you can’t dispute with them since they are just a payment service.

I saw an ad on Instagram, snapchat, and facebook, thought I would order. Which I did back on April 6th, it is now May 27th and still have yet to receive any information about my order besides emails saying it is in transit. When asking for a refund they again just keep saying that the order is in transit and gives a link to track the package but again no tracking number. DO NOT trust this company. In the emails I include my order number how long it has been and still nothing. Again DO NOT trust. When I go to the website put in the order number and email address it says order not found.
