He claimed to be from the ScamPulse.com and that needed a quote but could not pay at this time and if we could front the money for repairs and then the insurance would pay us.

Just the fact that he claimed to be part of the ScamPulse.com and to work together since we re both part of the ScamPulse.com is a red flag.

please look into it, we know how that works but im sure there are a lot of people and business owners that do not.
