The scammers Jeremy David and Rachel Tapscot are posing as a business development managers on behalf of Staffing Agency owners . The scam is that for a 1400 dollar retainer and guarantees he and his Filipino call center staff will land 5 direct contracts with various healthcare facilities . He did not give me 5 businesss contracts ,2 weeks info the deal his employees from the Fillipines emailed all of the agency owners that he hasn’t paid them in 2 months so they can’t continue work. He and Rachel Tapscot have been defrauding millions of dollars from business owners thru this fake business deal.
