Ordered 3 items and all 3 we're wrong sizing due to Chinese sizing vs American. Website advertising full customer satisfaction, yet when I request for a return authorization, they began to play games. Offering 10% off next purchase, then 15,20,and when I still declined and again asked for return authorization, they stopped replying to my emails.

Do not order from these people! Better off on Amazon.
