I find it a bit overwhelming when reading your post that I also ordered an interactive pony around the same time most of you did on 6/24/2021 and I also of did not receive it, but it's even more concerning that when I tried to file a complaint with PayPal today they denied it by hiding behind their over 180 day rule, I was going to let it go until I hopped on hear and I'm reading that it probably didn't matter if it was under the 180 day rule they wouldn't have helped. So Paypal is doing business with scam companies, allowing them to attack their customers, and then not doing anything about it but continue to allow them to do it. Maybe we are still doing business with the wrong company. If they do it this time they will do it again, this has never happened to me, only this one time and through Paypal not making it right or investigating.

I paid for an interactive point like so many others for $59.99. This company took my money but never sent me the item. I waited on filing on this until it was too late in hopes they would do the right thing. This was a ghost for a 7 year old great-granddaughter who was very disappointed when she didn't get it. Since I am disabled & have limited funds, it hurts that these people are allowed to just steal our money without any repercussions. I've tried reaching out to them but haven't received any response. What can be done about this?

I ordered the interactive pony and have never received my order. They just took my 59.99. I ordered the interactive pony on 6/21/20. I have sent numerous emails and all I get is that the item was a pre order and it should arrive in two to four weeks. It is now01/04/21. I call the phone number and I just get a message not available. Something needs to be done with this company. I have read so many reviews that this company is a scam and I will never get my money back. What can be done about this?

I place an order on July 7th from a Facebook post for a toy pony fir $59.99 and after multiple attempts to get information it’s always on its way. Bridles Designs is a fake company that has scammed a lot of people and disappointed a lot of kids .

Never received my product I ordered and they stole my money, this company needs to be shut down.. I'm SO not happy, this has never happened to me before and I've had no way to contact anyone to receive my money back.

I ordered this pony for my grandson on June 25, 2020. Received any email that my order will ship in a few days. To date, nothing and when I try to view order or visit store I get a message that "This shop is unavailable." They sure had no problem taking my money and I can't get in touch with anyone. Such a Scam!

Ordered this interactive horse on June 17 2020. No commubications or No response except an email saying 4 weeks at the beginning of September. Have tried to inquire numerous times and still no responses at all. Phone called also to a Kentucky phone number. These poooeople need to be jailed, as this was to be a present for a sweet child. Facebook needs to stop these kinds of companies

Ordered interactive pony $59.99 paid through PayPal 6/2020. No pony, no response to questions, reported to PayPal but they closed the case with no help in this

Well I see im not the only one who has been scammed. I ordered mr. pony for my grandson back in June and never got it. They dont answer the phone. People like that makes it hard for honest companies, cause I will never order from Facebook again.i want my dam money back.

I purchased a Mr. Pony for 59.99 on June 15th 2020 never received it. Never heard from them . So I'm supposed to be out 59.99. Thats alot of money. You I spend my hard earned money to make my grandson happy and I get scammed! I want the pony or my money back . It doesn't take 4 months to get something you paid for.

Ordered pony back in July 59.99 never received it. Just like everyone else here. Now try to go to page its unavailable. Emailed support email have not gotten response back.

Ordered a horse and pony on June 12. They took the money from my account two days later. 59.99. Two days later I received a message telling me my order was on its way and I would receive it in two to four weeks. It is now October - and I have texted them and called them each and every week. No one returns my phone calls - no one returns my texts. I’m out 60.00 - my granddaughters out a birthday present - and I have a very bad taste in my mouth. I want my money back - and to let everyone know what cheaters this company is!

I ordered the pony back in June of 2020. It was a ride on pony that would move when a child sat on it. Every time I would email Brilea Designs they would say it was a preorder item please wait 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Same experience as everyone else. Ordered 2 Mr Pony’s in June 26, 2020. Finally filed a claim with PayPal on Sept 21, 2020. IT WAS DENIED as company showed them “”delivery” information through the USPS. We never received the items. The post office didn’t deliver these items. And PayPal is backing the scammers! So frustrated and angry! And as the rest of you, out $120. Pathetic situation. And angry that PayPal is no help. The whole purpose of using PayPal is the resolution center if you’re scammed. No such luck.

I, like everyone else on here ordered an interactive pony from Brilea Designs in June 2020 for $59.99 for my granddaughter and haven't received anything but automated responses. I'm glad I paid for it through PayPal because maybe I'll get my money refunded from them. I just escalated the claim on PayPal.com.

I ordered the pony on 6/17/20. I have received nothing, I have been sending an email at least 3 times a week asking for an update and just get an auto response email back saying it has shipped please allow 2-4 weeks. Definitely scammed...

The delay in them contacting us , or they are giving us time frame of another 2-5 weeks is because it buys them time. I have put a dispute with my credit card company.

Bunch of scammers on childrens expense. I boutht it for my grandson he has been waiting, hes dissapointed and thinks I lied to him. Terrrible company
