This man poses under the name Randy or Rico, he solicits people, females mostly, out of the casinos, Bicycle Casino and Commerce. He poses to be in music entertainment industry and gets your money to invest. He then gambles it away and comes up with excuse after excuse to not give your money back. He drives a black Escalade with tinted windows and no license plate. He has major mouth piece to scam you into giving up your money for concerts merchandise that will get you a return on your money.
