I saw an advertisement on Facebook that offered "free" samples of CBD oil and capsules from this company; however, they needed my credit card information for the shipping costs, so I provided it. The advertisement said that this was a limited time offer, so I was eager to try it out. I was under the impression that, if I liked the product based on the sample, I would be able to buy more. Instead, I learned that it was not a free sample after all, and after a few weeks I saw on my credit card bill two charges of 99.99 for both products.

I called Boulder Farms to try to return the products, but they said they cannot accept them because the costs had already been charged to my credit card! I called my credit card company, and they said they are going to try to dispute these charges, which I am very grateful for.

Do not buy this product or believe the advertisement-- it is a scam! Every single commenter on their FB page has experienced the same issue with them. The advertisement they have up is extremely misleading and they are using deceptive practices to get consumers to give them their money.

An offer popped up on Facebook for a CBD oil sample and you only pay for shipping. One month later they withdraw $99 from your bank account for a “subscription” and will not refund it. I had to threaten them with legal action and called my bank to dispute the charges. I was actually charged twice. When I looked up the company info it was very shady and I had a hard time finding any real info. I was only able to contact them through the phone number on the bank charge. When I looked at their Facebook page there were countless other complaints about how they took money from all these people who never authorized it.

I ordered a free sample of hemp oil from "Leaf X" online and then they asked for my debit card information for the $1.50 handling fee. I never received anything and on February 2, there were two unauthorized claims on my bank account for $99.81 and $99.96. The website for the claims were orderpdwellness.com and orderpdonline.store.com. The phone number for both was (833) 210-9551. When I called, someone who could barely speak English could not even tell me what it was for. When I went to the websites, they did not exist. I told my bank that these charges were unauthorized and they gave me provisional credits. Then the debit card department received some type of report from orderpewellness.com with false information. They did have my debit card information, but it had to have come from my "free" online sample at Leaf X. The rest of the report lied that I had placed orders with them and agreed to the Terms and Conditions. There were no terms and conditions on the Leaf X site, but the report they send the debit card department had Terms and Conditions attached that I had never seen before. All of the claims they made were lies, except that they did have my billing information. They also gave an IP address they said was mine and it isn't my IP address at all. My bank, Bancorpsouth, would not even review all of the research I had done and would not return my money. I have also seen their Facebook page since then. Every single comment from every person said "SCAM ALERT" or "FRAUD ALERT" or something to that effect. And most of these people had also lost almost $200, except for those whose credit card companies returned their money. This is a huge ongoing scam online. There is a long list of website names: https://boulderfarmscbdoil.wixsite.com/boulder-farms-cbd, https://boulderfarmscbdoil.com/, https://sites.google.com/view/boulder-farms-cbd-online/ and many others. Every site has links to another website to order: https://www.discoverplant-oil.com/lcb/v3/cb/exit.php, which has a duplicate of the order page for a free sample that I filled out on "Leaf X." There are no terms and conditions. They have many pop-ups saying how many orders they are getting and to hurry before they run out of free samples. And I lost $200.

Found two fraudulent charges on my credit card. I ordered two CBD oil trial bottles for postage only from a FACEBOOK ad. Now I have TWO $99 charges from Texas and had to get new credit card. The last thing I ordered was this Boulder Farms CBD oil from a famous preacher in Texas. Don't know if this is company who scammed me but on bottle its Boulder Farms, phone 866-966-7893. website is [email protected]. Facebook should check out their ads so many are frauds.

I ordered a free sample of CBD oil And a free sample of CBD capsules from an article that was online.I paid shipping only. I received the free sample but then our card was charged $99.81 and then again $99.86. I called them and was told it was a subscription and I had gone past the 13 day period for cancelling. No where does it state that it is a recurring subscription. No where does it state that there is a 13 day limit for cancelling. They told me they could only refund $40 for each subscription since I was cancelling late.Their ads on FB use celebrities in their ads such as Joyce Meyers claiming the celebrity is selling this now. They use different celebrities in different ads.

My wife ordered a free sample from an article that was online. We received the free sample but then our card was charged $99.81 and then again $99.86. We called and that's when they charged us for the second one. They sent an email that the subscription was canceled. Our credit card company is in the process of disputing the charges.
