My flight got cancelled from Turkish air line during the pandemic in 2020 I called to rebook them for this year 2021 from July to august for all three tickets, a gentleman by name of same Jones answered he said he could do it we did it he sent me the email with no ticket numbers just few days ago I called to confirm the flight when I called back the agent was giving me the run around saying there was a technical issue you need to call this department that department, but same jones was the one that scammed me and now I have to book new flights and lost 375 dollars ontop of my tickets costing 2681 dollers now I need either for the tickets to be reissued or I need a refund currently disputing charges

I called a number that was advertising as Delta and wanted to re-book a flight that was cancelled by them. This company falsely represented themselves as Delta and even advertise so. You can see I am not the first one to complain of this. On June 19, 2020 they charged my credit card for a flight that I told them on the phone that delta had credits for a cancelled flight and to use that. This agent Vivian falsely said that Delta would refund this later and he need to charge me now for this new fight. Like I said, he was acting like a Delta rep. They charge my card to separate charges, one was $892.15 for Delta and one was $400 for a booking fee through them. I cancelled within the 24 hours when I found out they falsely represented themselves. I have an email to confirm that they said any cancelled flight within 24 hours will be refunded. It was done in that time with proof from email. They refunded me the $892.15, but failed to refund my $400. I have repetitively reached out to their agent Vivian for this through texts and emails. Like I said I kept proof. He even said I should get within 7 to 10 business days back, which I never received. Then when I asked where t was, he stopped responding back to me. Talk about scammers. Just look at complaints on BBB for New York BooknAir.com. They do the same scams to everyone. How they can be in business is beyond me. Stay away from them at all costs. https://booknair.com/

After my flight was cancelled on Turkish Airlines, I was instructed to call their sales #. When I looked on the internet, the number for Turkish Airline sales, was actually Booknair. They totally misrepresented themselves. I made the change to a different flight for $832 but never received the charge nor the confirmation. So I called back again, this time the new flight was only going to be $249. However, at almost midnight my phone started ringing off the hook - it was them calling demanding the first amount of $832, I told them absolutely not. YET, on my charge card, there it is. I am currently disputing the charge with my credit card company. I'll have to wait and see where this lands. WHAT A SCAM!

I paid $200 to cancel a flight and the flight was never cancelled. Had to pay an additional $160 to the other booking agent to accomplish this. They mis represented who the are which is a third party co. Scam

I thought this was strange that I was being charged for getting my TAP refund BY A FAST TALKING SUPPOSED REPRESENTIVE. . Now I know it was a scam . The airlines told me so . When I got off line I looked up the company . I will report this individual and block payment of $300 . My refund has not appeared on my charge card . SCAM!

Beware when calling various airlines when needing to change or book flights. My US Bank Travel Rewards company provided the number to American Airlines for ticketing assistance. The number they gave sent me to a fraudulent scamming business who acted as though they were American Airlines. I thought I was dealing with American Airlines when he tells me he can help me change my flight and that American Airlines would provide credit miles for a ticket I needed to change. I thought some things were odd with the transaction, but I had thought I was working with American Airlines when I provided my credit card. It was actually Booknair. I did not realize who I was dealing, until after the transaction was complete and I hung up. This company scams people out of their money repeatedly based on other reviews on BBB. ALWAYS REQUEST MORE IDENTIFYING INFORMATION FROM ANY AGENT YOU ARE DEALING WITH.

I called Delta prior to hurricane Dorian requesting to move my flight. The line was disconnected and an unknown number called me back apologizing we got disconnected introducing themselves as a representative of Delta. I needed to change four flights for myself and coworkers and this representative informed me it would be $250/ person so $900 total. I needed to be on the flight asap so i did it. When i got to the gate for my flight i asked the gate agent to print a receipt for me to turn into billing and not only was there was no report of it, but i was informed Delta waived all change fees due to the hurricane. I showed them my bank statement and informed me they do not have representatives, they represent themselves. I currently have an investigation open on this issue with Suntrust as they denied my initial claim. I am now out $900 and waiting to hear back. I have read multiple other reviews online of similar stories that others had with this "BooknAir." I am attaching my call log of my call getting disconnected with Delta Jacksonville and their number reaching back out to me.
