I do not recall if I received an unsolicited email by purchasing from similar websites or if I found the site from a search online. I have a small self-publishing business and the scammer offered an Author Planner. I paid for a pre-order of $30.97 on October 12, 2021. After several months I received a mass email updating that they were having printing issues but it was soon to come. I followed up asking about it after a few more months. After not receiving it after a year, I reached out and asked for a refund. The "assistant" acknowledged it was not mailed out but said she was not authorized to refund but would have the owner, Christina Kaye, reply directly. She did not. I sent them a notice giving them 30 days to refund me with my PO box, but they stopped replying and did not send the refund.
