I took advantage of Body Works advertisement for free products due to store closure. It said that I would receive 2 products free. I cancelled one right away but still received it and was charged for shipping. The next morning called customer care to cancel a so called subscription that I was not even aware of and close the account. They had then withdrawn $164.00 from my Mastercard. Two days later received another product and returned it to sender on my own account and for them to not send any more products. I called customer care again (I had gotten the phone number from the agent at BMO Master Card office) and customer care both times, by the name of Marshall and Jasmine were very rude and for me to do a refund request online and not help me on how to pull up the link. Jasmine said that this was my only option and could not do any more and hung up on me. I got Geek Squad to help me and completed the form, giving them 12 working days to reply. I never heard anything so called customer care and a Richard said that I had been calculated to receive 126.00 and that I would have to complete the form they send on the e mail. The form was exactly the same form I had already sent in the first time for a refund request. I called back and talked with a John who then told me that they were sorry but I was refused the refund as all sales were final and thanked me for calling and wish me a great day and hung up. The latter happened all within 18 hours.
